Negi: One of the demonfolk...!!
[TN: It has been brought to my attention that there is a distinction in Negima between "mazoku" and "akuma", both most easily translated as "demon". I haven't paid too much attention to this before, so it's likely that where they've cropped up before, I've just used "demon". Seeing as they're getting some attention, I figure I should take the opportunity to clear things up. So from now on, I'll translate "akuma" as "demon", and "mazoku" as "demonfolk" (which is pretty close to their respective literal meanings). For reference, the only other "demonfolk" character I can think of offhand is Morborgran, from the bounty hunter group Negi faced back around Chapter 219, whereas "demons" include the likes of Graf Hermann from back god-knows-when. Not classified as either as far as I'm aware are the Mundus Magicus beastfolk ("ajin"), Kotarou (half-"inuzoku"), and so on. Negima has too many races to keep straight. ~_~]

Poyo: I can hardly afford to believe such words from a child no more than ten years of age, poyo.
Negi: I can appreciate that. ...But this is, nevertheless, my answer.
Chisame: (I guess this means that Zazie herself is one too...? / To think that there was an even more monstrous individual than Evangeline lurking in our class...)
Negi: If the plan that I have formulated succeeds... / ...then this entire issue can be solved!
Poyo: You are wrong. / The issue will not be solved. Your path will lead only to bloodshed, poyo. // It would seem...
