[TN: At a stretch, "Twinkling Yellow Lightning Palace". "Gonryou" is made of the characters for "strict" and "spirit", but the same characters were used in old Japanese to write "ikatsuchi/ikazuchi", meaning "lightning". (The same compound is in the name of the Zanpakutou's Shikai form, "Gonryoumaru".)]
