Sorry guys, for being this late to release the English Translation... I was in a hurry to finish the Chinese Translation first, and stayed up until 3:30 AM (the Internet Raw came out around 2:00 AM Eastern). And then I had to head for work at 7:00 AM, and use my free time to finish the English Translation throughout the day...

As for RHS's TLRD scans, after lengthy discussions, RHS will now move the TLRD project over to the personal group of one of the RHS's Admin, ThorW's Sexyboi Scanlations. My translations will likewise to be reserved for him and his group.

Oh, and I did do the translation for Ch. 03, I just didn't post it here... I'll do so as soon as I can after I get some sleep...
