I think one word "apathy" is enough for this chapter title, as I believe this word is a series of single-word titles for this current Drift. (Call 82 being "Memory", Call 81 "Encounter", Call 80 "Smile")

* The kanji of this word is written as "Initial stage" while the Furigana is "Bereshith" (or "bereshit"), a Hebrew word that means the Beginning (Biblic origin)
**Raku ni onari at Page 18 - It can be interpreted in 2 ways. It literally means to get relieved, which can be taken to mean:
1. A relieve for Oboro (venting fustration) - in which the line would be "Now let me vent a little.",
OR
2. A relieve for the Tavoo - in which the line should be " I hope you get relieved." (Relieving the Tavoo by taking away the life of this twisted form.)
(2) is rather likely since he just said something sympathetic on the sad state it is in.
