Kyoura: Ha. I’m surprised. It IS the real thing.


凶羅： この古ぼけた槍がなあ。。。
Kyoura: It’s a senile old thing, though.


凶羅： おまえもオレの法力をくらって立つなんて
なかなかのもんだ。
手かげんしかなかったんだからな。
Kyoura: You’ve tasted my houriki and you’re still standing. That’s not bad.
But then, I was taking it easy on you.

凶羅： オレはおまえがくたばろうと知ったことじゃないからよ。

お役目様： 紅葉も盛りを過ぎましたね。。。もうすぐ雪でしょう。。
さ。。。火の近くへおいでください。
Oyakumesama: The height of the maple season has passed. Soon there will be snow.
Please, come sit by the fire.


僧上様： は。。。失礼いたします。。。
Soujousama: Yes, ma’am. Thank you.


お役目様： 時に。。。和羅―
Oyakumesama: Incidentally, Nigira…

お役目様： わたくしに隠しごとがありますね。
Oyakumesama: There is something you are hiding from me.

自ずとわかること。。。浅薄なことよ。
Oyakumasama: Do not feign ignorance. It is plain to see in the four priest teachers’
faces and behavior. Theirs is a shallow façade.


お役目様： わたくしがあの紫暮、潮　親子には手出し
無用と申したことをおまえには理解できなかったようですね。
Oyakumesama: It seems as though you could not comprehend what I said about it being
futile to interfere between parent and child, between Shigure and Ushio.


僧上様： なんの事でしょうか　お役。。。
Soujousama: I don’t know what you mean, Oyaku-


お役目様： おだまりなさい。

お役目様： 和羅、おまえはいつからそのように見えすいた嘘をつく
ようになったのか。下の者が為したことを宗門の最高位である
おまえが把握していないとでもいうのですか！
Oyakumesama: Nigira, when did you gain the ablility to look me in the eye and lie to me like this? I cannot understand this from you, who have risen from the lowest to the high rank of this sect!

オレにぶち殺されるのよ。
Kyoura: Fu fu fu… It’s a barrier. Within it, I can dispatch you while you
lie helpless.


凶羅： この槍もとりあえずこうやって封印する。
。。。動かないようにな。
Kyoura: I’ll seal the Spear for the moment so it doesn’t move
on its own.

Kyoura: Fuha ha ha! You were saying?


凶羅： オレの結界は破れぬわ！
Kyoura: My barrier can’t be broken!


潮： 何なん。。。ちくしょう。
Ushio: Why are you doing this? Dammit.


潮： ここまでやんのかよ。。。け。。。
「獣の槍」をとりあげて、とらを殺すためによう。。。
「獣の槍」。。。っておまえたちにとって何なんだよ。。。

お役目様： むかし。。。大昔のことだ。
濁った悪い「気」が集まって一匹の大妖怪になった。。。
Oyakumesama: It happened long ago. A very long time ago.
Impure, evil ki gathered itself together to become a great daiyoukai…

お役目様： 生まれつきその妖怪には、善の「気」たる人間を亡ぼすための性と
恐ろしい力があった。
Oyakumesama: From birth, it was in this youkai’s nature to destroy humans of virtuous ki
and it had great and terrible power.


お役目様： 人の武器など彼奴には全く歯が立ったぬ。。。
妖怪は次々と大国を混乱におとしいれた。
Oyakumesama: The weapons of man could do nothing against it.
The youkai threw great countries into chaos one after another.


僧上様： その妖怪が「白面の者」。。。！
Soujousama: The youkai was Hakumen no Mono!

お役目様： そうです。
Oyakumesama: Yes.


お役目様： あなた方　光覇明宗の開祖もその存在をしるお一人でした。。。
そしてその妖怪を倒す唯一の武器をしっていらっしゃいました。
Oyakumesama: You are the only ones who know the founder of the Kouhamei Sect
and of the youkai’s existence.
You also know of the sole weapon that will defeat that youkai.

お役目様： 持つ者の魂を力に変えて魔を裂き邪を討つー
Oyakumesama: That which strikes evil and cleaves specters and transforms
the soul of the one who possesses it.

についての古書が遺され,
その存在を明確にして来ました。
しかし高僧にのみ伝えられる我々の隠れた使命はー
Oyakumesama: Aside from sacred sutras, our sect also saved old texts
concerning the great Beast Spear and its existence has become definite.
However, only our highest priests are told our secret mission,


僧上様： 「獣の槍」を護り操る者を育てよ！
Soujousama: To raise those who will protect and weild the Beast Spear.


お役目様： そうです。。。幼きおまえに幾度となく話して聞かせましたね。。。
Oyakumesama: Ah, yes. You have heard me say this on countless occasions
since you were young.

Soujousama: Yes, ma’am.


お役目様： 和羅。。。
Oyakumesama: Nigira…


お役目様： 「獣の槍」は、それが蒼月家の蔵にあるとわかった時に
既にこうなることが運命づけられていたのかもしれません。
Oyakumasama: This all may have been preordained from the moment we learned
the Beast Spear lay in the Aotsuki family cellar.


お役目様： 潮少年に槍がある以上、それが宿縁というもの。。。
いくらおまえたちに都合が悪くともそれを曲げることはなりませぬ。
Oyakumesama: More than just the Spear, the boy Ushio has fate on his side.
No matter how terrible you make his circumstances, destiny will not yield.

あの槍を持つ以上、潮少年は選ばれた者であるやもしれないのです。
Oyakumesama: It is said the Spear chooses the one to weild it…
More than merely hold the Spear, the boy Ushio may be the chosen one.

お役目様： よろしいですね　和羅。。。槍を手に入れるは宿縁、
それに手出しは無用です。
Oyakumesama: That is good, don’t you think, Nigira?
Interfering with the destiny of the obtaining the Spear is useless.


お役目様： 代々「白面の者」と対して来た「お役目」。。。
その名においてわたくしが命じました。
Oyakumesama: So do I command in the name of Oyakume,
the one who has opposed Hakumen no Mono for generations.


僧上様： 御意。。。！
Soujousama: As you will it.

Tora: Damn you!


凶羅： ははは！悪いがオレはこの退治のやり方が好きでなァ！！
Kyoura: Ha ha ha! Sorry but I like this way of exterminating best!


潮： っくしょ～　こんなのは、
Ushio: Dammit~ I hate-

潮： こんなやり方は。。。キライだ。。。！
Ushio: I hate this!

Tora: Keh! No!

凶羅： とどめだ！
Kyoura: Here’s the finishing blow!


潮： やめおよっ！
Ushio: STOP!


潮： いくら相手が妖怪だからって、こんななぶり殺しはいやだっ！
Ushio: No matter how many youkai you’ve fought, you can’t kill this one!


凶羅： ジャマだっ！　まだくたばってなかったかァ！？
Kyoura: You’re in my way! Aren’t you dead yet!?

Ushio: I’m done for… I can’t… take any more…


潮： ああ。。。でも　くやしいなあ。。。

潮： 一発ぐらい。。。
Ushio: one more time…

潮： とらの分くらいなぐってやりた。。。
Ushio: I want to hit Tora one more time…


僧上様： では、おやすみなさいませ　お役目様。。。
Soujousama: Good night, Oyakumesama…

お役目様： 和羅。。。潮少年は今無事でしょうか。
Oyakumesama: Nigira, is the boy Ushio safe now?


僧上様： あの槍は。。。持ち主の魂を削り終わるまで
その者を護るときいております。
Soujousama: I have heard that the Spear protects the weilder until
it has finished whittling away his soul.


お役目様： もしも　潮が槍に選ばれたのなら。。。
Oyakumesma: Then if Ushio was chosen by the Spear…

お役目様： 「獣の槍」が潮を見捨てることは。。。
Oyakumesama: The Beast Spear will not

お役目様： ないでしょう。
