真由子： 私はあの時、とらちゃんとうしおくんに助けてもらった。
Mayuko: Tora-chan and Ushio-kun saved me that time.

潮： これうちの蔵にあったんだ。獣の槍っていうんだ。。。
Ushio: This was in my cellar. It’s called the Beast Spear…

潮： 魂を吸いとりながら、妖怪をやっつける槍だったよ。
Ushio: It kills youkai and sucks away your soul.


潮： だけど麻子にゃいうなよ！あいつ、またうるせーから。
Ushio: But don’t tell Asako! She’ll just bug me about it.


真由子： うしおくん、きっとその槍に関係ある旅なのね。
。。。でも、私辛いよ。。。
いつまでも麻子にかくしてるなんて。。。
Mayuko: Ushio-kun must be on a trip concerning that spear.
…But it’s hard on me… keeping it from Asako all this time…


麻子： なーによ真由子　暗いわねー　ほら見なよ～。
Asako: What’s up, Mayuko? You’re gloomy, look here~

Asako: Reiko! Masaki-san!


礼子： あの女の人に会ったんでしょ！？
あなた方の所には、行くと思ったの。
Reiko: You saw that woman, right?
I knew to come to you.

間崎： 中村ァ、蒼月ァおまえに心配かけめえとしてしゃべって
ねーだろうから教えてやる。
Masaki: Nakamura, she said Aotsuki’s really been worrying you,
so we came to tell you.


間崎： とにかく乗れっ、空港までとばすぞっ。
Masaki: So get on and let’s haul ass to the airport!

Oni: You will be mine forever!

潮： 笑ってるカオをかいてみたいって。
Ushio: I want to draw your smile!


真由子： 麻子　ごめんねえ。。。今までかくしてて。。。
Mayuko: Asako, I’m sorry… For hiding it all this time…

礼子： 麻子、ショックよね。自分だけ知らなかったっていう
気になるものね。。。
Reiko: Asako, you must be shocked. It’s hard to think you’re the only
one who didn’t know…

間崎： 中村、ヤツはおめーに、いらん心配かけたくなかったのよ。
Masaki: Nakamura, the guy just didn’t wanna worry you.


真由子： ごめん　麻子ォ。。。
Mayuko: I’m sorry, Asako…

Asako: Ei!

影に恐怖した。）
(Box: The youkai near Asahikawa in Hokkaidou dread the shadow that is making
its way in a straight line up the national highway.)


（箱： 妖怪どもは逃げようとしたが無駄だった。）
(Box: It’s impossible for the youkai to attempt escape.)

流： 旭川にヤツの叔父の家がある。
父親の紫暮にいわれて、もともとはそこに行くつもりだったらしい。
Nagare: His uncle’s house is in Asahikawa.
Seems he’d head there like he planned, like his father Shigure told him.


悟： 法力僧の内で最強の力を持つといわれるうしおの父。。。
紫暮か。
Satoru: Ushio’s father is the most powerful of the hourikisou? That Shigure?

流： ああ。。。ヤツの家はよくわからん。。。「お役目」が事情を
知ってるらしいがな。
Nagare: Yeah… I don’t really know where his house is…but Oyakume knows the situation.


純： じゃ、今から旭川の、うしおくんのおじさんの家に向かうのね！
Jun: So, we’re headed for Ushio’s uncle’s house, right?

流： ああ、何か手がかりが、つかめるかもしれん！
Nagare: Right, we’ll probably be able to catch his trail!


イズナ： だってよ！
Izuna: Yeah, but-


とら： うしおのヤツ、わしを退治するならするで、あんなんならなきゃ
勝てんのかよ。。。
Tora: I can’t beat that damn Ushio with him trying to exterminate me…


とら： あ～
Tora: AH!

Tora: What are you doing!? Damn it, I’ll fry you!

イズナ： 。。。おめーがこんな時に落ちこんでどーすんだよ？
Izuna: What are you doing getting all depressed at a time like this?


とら： なにー、誰が落ちこんでんだよーっ！
Tora: What!? Who’s all depressed!?
イズナ： ひーひひひ、おめーだよ、おめー！

Saya: Oh…yes.

Yuu: Sorry. I’m always doing that. Are you from Asahikawa?


勇： どこか泊まるトコ知らないかなァ？
Yuu: Do you know a good place to stay?

小夜： さ、さあ？　私も初めてなので。。。
Saya: Oh, no. This is my first time here…


勇： そっか、まいっちゃたなー。オバケの女の人に
“旭川に”っていわれて来たけど、これからどうすればいいんだろ。
Yuu: Oh, ah well. That obake woman said “go to Asahikawa”
but what should I do now?

Saya: Um…


小夜： 。。。その女の人のオバケって。。。
きれいな中国の人みたいな。。。？
Saya: …that obake woman…did she look like a pretty Chinese girl?

Saya: I knew it!

勇： あれえ　あなた。。。
Yuu: Wow, you too…


紫暮： 檜山さんと、鷹取さんだね。私は光覇明宗の僧です。
Shigure: Hiyama-san and Takatori-san, right? I am a priest of the Kouhamei Sect.


紫暮： うしおが大変お世話になりました。
Shigure: Thank you for coming for Ushio’s sake.

勇： でも、どうしてあたしのこと。。。？
Yuu: But what can I do…?


紫暮： 事情は追って話すけれど、うしおに危機が追り
それを救えるのは君達だということを、我々の方が
先に知ったんだ。
We’ll discuss the situation on the way but we knew that Ushio’s crisis was
looming and that you could save him where we could not.


紫暮： 今いえるのは、うしおが槍の使いすぎて獣になった。
Shigeru: I can tell you know that Ushio used the Spear too much and became a Beast.

紫暮： 君達の力を貸してほしい。。。
Shigure: I want you to lend your strength…


勇： そうです。あたしもそう聞いたんです、あの女に！
Yuu: Right. I heard that from that woman!

小夜： 私も。
Saya: Me too.

紫暮： 。。。そうか。
Shigure: Is that so?


紫暮： では。。。参ろう。
Shigure: Well, let’s go.

勇： どこへ？
Yuu: Where?


紫暮： 神居古潭！
Shigure: Kamuikotan!

鏢： そこに三人の少女を連れていけ。。。そうすれば、

Its body is covered in a hard shell and its weapons are the blades on its back, its claws, and its beak.
It has no special technique for a certain kill.

潮： なんと二つと三つ首の決戦だ！！はるばるアメリカからやって来たのに
必殺技が特にないタントールは、どんな物にもダメージを与える
トリプルネックボーンバードの攻撃の前に、逃げるしかなかった。
Ushio: It’s the decisive battle between this 2-neck and this 3-neck! Before its fight with
Triple-neck Bonebird, who can inflict damage on anything, Tantohru, who came
from far off America and has no special technique to kill, ran away.

Yami-no-kami (God of Darkness)

風・火・水・闇を自由に操り、何にでも変化することができる。
普段は邪悪な人間の心、または影にひそんでいる。
It can manipulate air, fire, water and darkness freely, shaping it into anything.
It normally lurks in the shadows of humans with evil hearts.

Gotai Henge (Five Body Goblin)

忍者、戦士、羊、アルメジロ、タカが合体した妖怪。得意技は、しゅり剣とひざに
ある毒針で相手をひまるせ、ごつい左腕でタコなぐりにし、刀でまっぷたつに切り裂く
「むざんの法」。熱に弱い。
It’s a youkai made from a ninja, a warrior, a ram, an armadillo, and a hawk. Its best techniques are
striking its opponent with shuriken and the poison needles in its knees, octopus punches with its
strong left arm, and then “Muzan no Hou (The Way of Cruelty)”, slicing him in half with a sword.
It’s weak against heat.

とら： 五体変化の影に、闇の神がひそんでいるぞ！！気づいた五体変化
がしゅり剣で闇の神をひるませ、ごつい左腕でタコなぐり！！
さらに刀でまっぷたつに切り裂く「むざんの法」だ～！！だが、
ダメ押しに使った火炎の術を闇の神が火を操って返したぞ！！
熱に弱い五体変化は灰と化してしまった。。。
Tora: Yami-no-Kami is lurking in Gotai Henge’s shadow! Gotai Henge notices and strikes
with a shuriken and then octopus punches it with its strong left arm!
Then it uses Muzan no Hou, cutting it in half with its sword! But when it makes doubly
sure by using a fire technique, Yami-no-Kami manipulates the fire back at it!
Gotai Henge, weak against heat, transforms to ashes…
