声： 確かに。。。
仰せのとおりです。。。
Voice: Of couse…
As you wish.

声： 不躾　誠に申し訳なく思います。
Voice: I apologize for my truly bad manners.

声： しかしながら、私は貴方様に敵対する者ではありまさん。
火急のお願いがあり、参上仕りました。
Voice: However, I am not an enemy to you.
I call upon you with an urgent request.

厚沢： もしや。。。もしや君は。。。

だって急に現れるのよ。

Yuu: I was so surprised
when she suddenly appeared
out of nowhere…

勇： 中国っぽい服を着ててね。。。
すごいきれいなの。
Yuu: Wearing Chinese-style clothing…
She’s so beautiful.

勇： 白面の者を倒す日が来るのを、
獣の槍と一緒に見届けるのが願いなんですって。
―くんを助けるために行った旭川で教えてくれたわ。
Yuu: She stays with the Beast Spear so she can see for herself
the day when Hakumen no Mono’s defeat comes.
She told me in Asahikawa, when we went there to save ---kun.

厚沢： ―くん。。。？　誰だったか。。。思い出せない。。。
Atsuzawa: ---kun? Who did she say? I can’t remember…

厚沢： あなたがジエメイさんか。。。
Atsuzawa: You’re Jie Mei-san?

白面： ご存じですのね。
Hakumen: You know of me?

厚沢： ああ、勇ちゃんから話は聞いている！紫暮さんからも。。。
あなたに銃など向けてすまなかった。
Atsuzawa: Yes, I heard of you from Yuu-chan and from Shigure-san…
I’m sorry for pointing a gun at you.

厚沢： それで。。。お願いとは。。。
Atsuzawa: And…you had a request?

白面： 白面の者が沖縄の沖の海底に眠っているのはご承知のとおり。。。
Hakumen: As you know, Hakumen sleeps at the bottom of the ocean in a trench near Okinawa…

厚沢： ああ、そして紫暮さんの奥様が、ヤツを結界で封じているのだと聞いた。
Atsuzawa: Yes. I’ve heard Shigure-san’s wife seals it with a barrier there.

白面： 厚沢様は、その奥様―須磨子が何処で。。。
結界を張ってうらっしゃるかは。。。？
Hakumen: Atsuzawa-sama, do you know where his wife, Sumako,
holds this barrier from?

厚沢： いや。。。
Atsuzawa: No…

厚沢： 白面の近くだという事は聞いているが、
具体的な場所までは。。。
Atsuzawa: Just that it’s near Hakumen,
but not the specific place.

白面： そう。。。
Hakumen: Is…

白面： ですか。。。
Hakumen: that so?

白面： その結界が、
壊れます。
Hakumen: The barrier will be
destroyed.

厚沢： 何ですと！そんな！
まだ我々は完全に準備を終えていないのに。。。
Atsuzawa: What are you saying!
We’re not finished with our preparations yet!

白面： 白面は長い眠りの中で、徐々に力を育ててゆきました。
そして今、ついに須磨子の結界を打ち破れるほどになったのです。
Hakumen: During its long sleep, Hakumen’s power has streadily grown.
Now, it will soon have enough power to break through Sumako’s barrier.

白面： その悪しき力を、
Hakumen: It has stockpiled this power-

白面： 目の前の岩のはしらに溜めこんで！
Hakumen: in a stone pillar directly in front of it.

厚沢： 岩の柱。。。それに「力」を。。。
Atsuzawa: It has its power…in a stone pillar?

白面： はい。。。結界によって外から力を得る事のできぬ白面は、
己の妖力を地に注ぎ、力を結界の外に溜めー
Hakumen: Yes. Hakumen, who cannot draw power from outside the barrier,
pours its strength into the earth, collecting it outside the barrier.

白面： 時至ればその力を爆発させ、結界を粉砕しようとしているのです。
Hakumen: When the time comes, that power will explode, breaking the barrier apart.

Atsuzawa: And when that happens…

白面： 白面は海中からその姿を現し、この世に地獄をもたらすでしょう。
Hakumen: Hakumen will emerge from the sea in its true form
and make of this world a living hell.

白面： ですからお願いです。
Hakumen: And so I make this request.

白面： 貴方達のお力で、岩の柱を破壊してくださいませ。
Hakumen: Please use your power to destroy the stone pillar.

厚沢： そうすればどうなります。
Atsuzawa: If we do, what will happen?

白面： そうすれば。。。今で長い眠りによって培った力を無にされ。。。
Hakumen: If you do…all the power it cultivated during its long sleep will be gone…

白面： 再び永い眠りにつきましょう。
Hakumen: Will return to its long slumber.

Tora: This “ero-bater” is too small…

潮： がまんしろよ　とら、広いほーだぜ。
Ushio: Just hang in there, Tora. It’ll open up.

守矢： それより　おい、蒼月。おまえさん大丈夫かよ、ヤケド。
Moriya: Oi, Aotsuki, are your burns okay?

潮： あ。。。ああ。。。
Ushio: Uh…yeah.

守矢： 特殊災害対策室の医療班もぶったまげてたぜ。
Moriya: The medical department of the Special Counter-Disaster Unit were completely shocked.

守矢： ジャージで見えなかったけど、おまえ、体ボロボロだったじゃねえか。
Moriya: I can’t really judge, but you really looked terrible.

守矢： 肉と皮が炭化してて、よくこれで動けるなって。。。痛かねえのか？
Moriya: Your muscles and skin are all carbonized. Doesn’t it hurt to move?

潮： ガマン ガマン
Ushio: I can take it

潮： 痛えコトは痛えよ。。。
でも、獣の槍使ってる時の傷は早く治るの知ってるから。。。
Ushio: Pain’s just pain.
But I know my wounds heal faster when I’m using the Beast Spear.

Moriya: Oh yeah?

守矢： ヤリつれってる人ものキズはすぐ治すと
Moriya: Person using Spear heals quickly

潮： 守矢さん。。。
ずっとオレ達を追っかけてたのかい？
Ushio: Moriya-san…
Have you really been following us this whole time?

守矢： ああ。。。おまえさん達を取材するためなら、
どこにでも行ったぜ。
Moriya: Yeah. I’ve been everywhere to collect info on you two.

守矢： でかいスクープになる自信、あったもんな。。。
それがある日ヘンな連中がきて。。。
Moriya: I was confident I was going to get a big scoop…
And then one day these weirdos came up to me…

守矢： オレを無理矢理ここに連れてきたんだ。。。
Moriya: They brought me here against my will.

潮： それが。。。ハマー機関？
Ushio: It was the HAMMR Organization?

守矢： ああ。。。本当はオレに圧力をかけて、これ以上、
おまえさん達をかぎ回らないようにしてかったらしいが。。。
Moriya: Yeah. They really put on the pressure, trying to get me to
to stop following you around.

守矢： どういう数の吹き回しか、エライさんらしい二人の博士が
深いトコをかなり話してくれて、協力を求めてきたのさ。
Moriya: But then some wind blew through and these two big-shot scientists
had a thorough talk with me, asking for my cooperation.

守矢： ウシオとトラを連れてきてほしいってな。。。
Moriya: They wanted me to bring them “Ushio” and “Tora”.

Ushio: Two scientists?

守矢： ああ。。。おまえさんも会ったコトあるんだよな。
Moriya: Yeah. You’ve met them before.

守矢： でもあらためて紹介するわ。
Moriya: But I’ll reintroduce you.

守矢： ニコラス・ケストラー博士。
Moriya: Dr. Nicholas Koestler.

守矢： マルコ・パブロテイ博士だ。
Moriya: Dr. Marko Parvoti.

パブロテイ： ウシオ。。。

潮： そのひようはっ！！
Ushio: Hiyou!!

博士： 相変わらず。。。見事なものだな。
ウシオ。。。
Doctors: As usual, you’re a sight to behold,
Ushio.

潮： あんたら。。。！
あんたらオレのコト覚えてるのかよ！
Ushio: You-
You two remember me?!

パブロテイ： ああ。。。
これのおかげでな。。。
Parvoti: Yes,
thanks to these.

Ushio: What are they?

パブロテイ： 磁場を使う。。。
ま、いってみれば、頭の周りだけの結界発生機さ。。。
Parvoti: They use a magnetic field.
Well, suffice it to say, the machines create a barrier just around the head.

パブロテイ： 何とか開発が間にあった。。。ま、ケストラーと私の分だけだけどな。
Parvoti: We managed to develop them just in time. Well, in time for Koestler and myself.

ケストラ： 助かった。。。ここ一ヶ月間かぶりっぱなしだったもんでな。
Koestler: They saved us…but it was no picnic wearing them for almost a month.

ケストラ： この特定の記憶を人間の脳内から失わせるひようが。
Koestler: These Hiyou, stealing specific memories from human brains,

ケストラ： 私達の脳に常に侵入を試みていたからね。
Koestler: Have been trying to get into our brains the whole time.

ケストラ： だから、私達は動きがとれなかった。
それで個人的にモリヤ君に、君達を連れてきてもらったのだ。
Koestler: So we couldn’t move around.
And so we had Moriya-kun here bring you to us himself.

ケストラ： ま、私達はあの一件以来、客員研究者ではあるが、
日本の「特殊災害対策室」によって厳重に監視されているからな。
Koestler: Well, since that “incident”, we’ve been guest researchers here.
We’ve been under strict surveillance by Japan’s Special Counter-Disaster Unit.

Ushio： あの一件。。。
白面の者を研究するために、日本がアメリカから招いた研究団体―
それが「H・A・M・M・R」、ハマー機関だった。
Ushio: That “incident”…
In order to study Hakumen no Mono, Japan invited a research group from America…
HAMMR.

潮： この博士達はその「ハマー」のリーダーで、
オレと、とら、麻子は、その実験にまきこまれて。。。
さんぜんな目にあったんだ。
Ushio: These scientists are the leaders of HAMMR.
Asako, Tora, and I got mixed up in their experiments.
We suffered a lot at their hands!

潮： ゆるさねえ。。。からな。
Ushio: I won’t forgive you.

パブロテイ： 。。。何といったかな？
Parvoti: What was that?

潮： あんたらをゆるさねえからな。。。
Ushio: I won’t forgive you!

ケストラ： ああ、あのことか。。。君やトラくんに対しての我々の行為について、
私達に後悔はない。
Koestler: Oh, for that? We don’t regret our behavior
with regards to you and Tora-kun.

ケストラ： あれは必要な事だったのだ。
Koestler: It was necessary.

とら： 何ィ～わしをあんなメンドーにつきあわせて何いいやがる。
Tora: What!? What did you say, after putting me through all that crap!?

潮： 人がたくさん死んだんだぞ。。。麻子だって死にかけたし。。。
Ushio: A lot of people died! Asako almost died!

潮： ヘレナ博士だって、
おまえらが危ねえ実験しなけりゃ。。。！
Ushio: Dr. Helena died
because of your dangerous experiments!

パブロテイ： ふむ、このままでは話しもできないな。
君達、そのまま叫び続けているのと。。。
Parvoti: Fumu. You can’t talk to us this way.
Would you rather keep screaming like this-

パブロテイ： 光覇明宗の法力僧が、
石になった理由を知るのと、どしらが良いかね。
Parvoti: Or would you like to know the reason that the Kouhamei Sect
hourikisou turned to stone?

潮： え。。。
Ushio: What?

パブロテイ： トラくんに酷似した「字伏」という妖怪がなぜ、
石になって白面との戦いを待つのか。。。の答えでもいい。
Parvoti: I can also answer why the Azafuse, the youkai who resemble Tora-kun,
turned to stone to wait for the battle with Hakumen.

とら： 何だと。。。
Tora: What’s that?

ケストラ： それが君達が今、一番知りたいことではないかね。
Koestler: That is what you both most want to know, isn’t it?

Ushio: Of course…that’s what I want to know.

とら： 知ってんなら教えろよ、その秘密を！
Tora: If you know, tell us the secret!

ケストラ： なに、秘密でも何でもない。。。簡単な推測さ。
Koestler: What? It’s no secret. It’s easy conjecture.

ケストラ： 理由は二つともそれだ。。。
Koestler: The answer to both are those.

とら： ヒヨウ。。。？
Tora: The Hiyou?

ケストラ： 記憶をなくさないために彼らは自ら石になったのさ。
Koestler: They turned themselves to stone to keep them from losing their memories.

ケストラ： 法力僧達は獣の槍と君らを忘れて、絶望の中白面を恐怖せぬよう。。。
字伏達は、その記憶の内から白面の記憶そのものを消されぬように。。。
Koestler: So that the hourikisou would not forget about you and the Beast Spear
and fall into hopelessness.
And so the Azafuse would not have their memories of Hakumen erased.

ケストラ： 体を石化する方法は、法力僧の方は精神力で細胞活動を
停止するらしいことは分かったが。。。
Koestler: We know the hourikisou turned themselves to stone by using force of will to
stop cellular activity.

ケストラ： 字伏達の方はまだ不明だ。自力で硬化したのは確かだが。。。
Koestler: How the Azafuse did it is unknown. Most likely hardening under their own power.

パブロテイ： だから今に彼らは自力で蘇り、
白面との戦いに加わるだろう。
Parvoti: So soon they’ll return to life on their own
and join in the fight against Hakumen.

潮： 。。。はっ。
Ushio: Oh!

潮： じゃ。。。オヤジ達は。。。ずっと、
あのまんまじゃないんだ。。。
Ushio: Then…Pops and the others
won’t be like that forever!

潮： はっ、
よかった。。。
Ushio: Oh,
thank goodness!

ケストラ： ただし。。。白面が、元に戻る彼らを持っていてくれればな。。。
Koestler: Correct. If only Hakumen had waited for them to return to normal…

潮： え？
Ushio: What?

ケストラ： 一週間前「特殊災害対策室」室長から、
自衛隊幕僚幹部＊に攻撃許可の申請があった。
Koestler: A week ago, the Commander of the Special Counter-Disaster Unit
requested permission for an attack from the top brass of the JSDF.

潮： 攻撃？どこへ。。。
Ushio: An attack? Where?

ケストラ： 沖縄海底白面の者の前にそびえる岩柱に。。。
ミサイルを撃ちこむ。
Koestler: Against a stone pillar rising up in front of Hakumen no Mono at the bottom of the sea
near Okinawa.
They’re launching missiles against it.

潮： 何だって！？あそこには。。。
Ushio: What!? But that’s where-

潮： 母ちゃんー！！
Ushio: My mother is!!
