潮： 白面の者が力を溜めてあるその前の岩柱に。。。
Ushio: They think Hakumen no Mono has collected its power in the stone pillar in front of it-

潮： ミサイルを撃ち込む！？
Ushio: And they’re launching a missile at it!?

白面が復活しないように結界を張ってるー

ケストラ： 我々もそういって反対したのだ。
Koestler: We opposed it as well.

ケストラ： その誤った攻撃は、白面の狡猾な罠に、ほかならないとな。。。
Koestler: We assumed this mistaken attack to be a sly plot of Hakumen’s or some such…

Tora: Keh, these humans are morons!
Why did they go along with this?

潮： そ、そうだよ　何で。。。？
Ushio: Y-yeah, why would they?

パブロテイ： 知ってるかもしれんが我々はマーは、日本の対妖怪組織
「特殊災害対策室」に吸収された。
Parvoti: As you may know, our HAMMR organization was absorbed by
the Japanese anti-youkai group “Special Counter-Disaster Unit”.

パブロテイ： その白面班チーフのー
厚沢一いが、ジエメイと名乗る女と会ったのが始まりと思われる。
Parvoti: It all starter when
the chief of the Hakumen department, Captain Atsuzawa, met with a girl
named Jie Mei.

潮： ジエメイさんが。。。
Ushio: Jie Mei-san?

潮： バカ。。。
あの人が岩柱を攻撃しろなんていうワケねえよ。。。
Ushio: No way.
There’s no way she would have them attack the stone pillar.

パブロテイ： 同感だな。。。
Parvoti: We feel the same.

ケストラ： だからこそそれが罠だと思うのだ。。。
Koestler: That’s why we thought it was a trap.

とら： ニセ者か。。。
Tora: A fake?

とら： ジエメイに化けりゃ、そのハナシを知ってる、
カンケー者ならイチコロだな。。。
Tora: There’s only one creature in this who knows Jie Mei’s story
and can take her shape…

守矢： ちょっ、ちょっと待ってくれよ。

守矢： ジエメイなら、この博士達から聞いてる。。。獣の槍が
出来た事件に関わって、今も霊体のまま白面打倒に動いてる女だろ。

She was involved in some incident. Now she’s a ghost acting against Hakumen.

ケストラ： 白面の者は念を入れてたのさ。。。
Koestler: Hakumen no Mono paid attention.

厚沢： 白面全部の岩柱への攻撃を具申いたします。
Atsuzawa: An attack on the stone pillar in front of Hakumen.

Parvoti: Yes.
She went to the home of every general.

パブロテイ： 陸海空の幕僚長達や幕僚庁長官はいっている。
中国風のいでたらをした黒髪の十歳くらいの娘だったと。。。
Parvoti: The chiefs of staff and directors of every department, land, sea, and air.
A black-haired girl, about 10 years old, in a Chinese-style dress.

潮： ちがう。。。ジエメイさんは。。。
Ushio: That’s not Jie Mei-san!

パブロテイ： よって、
異常に早い攻撃命令が出ることとなった。
二日後の正午、攻撃は開始される。
Parvoti: Therefore,
the order went through especially quickly.
The attack will begin at noon, two days from now.

パブロテイ： 我々が君に来てもらったのはこれを告げたかったからだ。
残念ながらもはや、私達にはその攻撃は止められない。
Parvoti: We brought you here to inform you of all this.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stop the attack.

ケストラ： だが、もしも攻撃がなされて、岩柱が白面を封じてる君の母もろとも
吹き飛べば。。。
白面は復活を果たし、準備の完全でない我々はー
Koestler: But if they do attack and manage to destroy the stone pillar
and your mother, who holds the barrier-
We’ll be unprepared. Hakumen will resurrect itself-

ケストラ： 沈みゆく日本とともに皆殺しになる！！
Koestler: And everyone will die when Japan sinks!

守矢： よく厚沢一慰があんた達にそんなコトをしゃべったもんだ。
Moriya: Captain Atsuzawa told you all this?

ケストラ： 我々にその攻撃作戦のサポートを頼んだのだ。　時にな。。。
Koestler: He’s having us work on battle support. Incidentally…

守矢： サポート？
Moriya: Support?

とら： あの妖の動きを止めるけったいなキカイの、
でかいヤツかよ。
Tora: A huge one of those weird machines that
stops bakemono movement.

とら： やなもんつくるな
Tora: Don’t make crap stuff

潮： すげえ。。。
Ushio: Wow…

パブロテイ： 超―形態―妖を行動不能にするパワー、そしてその射程を
増大させている。
Parvoti: It has the power to weaken the movement of metamorphose,
and its range has been increased.

パブロテイ： 白面の力は未知だが、ヤツが起きた時、これが見えない壁を張り、
時間かせぎくらいはしれくれよう。
Parvoti: Hakumen’s power is not yet known, but when it wakes, we’ll put up an invisible wall
and buy ourselves some time.

パブロテイ： 厚沢はこのマシンの出動を要請しに来たのだ。
Parvoti: Atsuzawa requested this machine be dispatched.

パブロテイ： ああ、白面の周りに念のためにこれで壁をつくってから、
攻撃をするつもりだったらしい。
未完成を理由に断ったがね。。。罠にかかるのを知ってて、
みすみすこれを壊れるのはかなわない。
Parvoti: Yes, he planned to have it make a wall around Hakumen during the attack, just in case.
We told him that it was unfinished…but, in truth, since we think this is all a trap,
we can’t bear to have it broken right in front of us.

ケストラ： だが命令権限は向こうにあるのでな。。。
Koestler: But he has the authority and we’re sending it out…

ケストラ： こいつを。。。もっともっと強力にしなくてはな。
マルコ。。。
Koestler: We’ve made this one much, much more powerful,

パブロテイ： ああ、ニコラス。。。

Parvoti: Yes, Marko.

ケストラ： 白面の者は抹殺すねばならない。
Koestler: Hakumen no Mono must be obliterated.

パブロテイ： それだけさ。。。
Parvoti: As simple as that.

守矢： まったくヤメラねえんだもんよ～
Moriya: They won’t be be stopped~

守矢： すげえすげえ。こりゃ、特ダネ中の特ダネだぜ。

守矢。。。
Parvoti: Such enthusiasm! But you’ll likely be pressured never to report this,
Moriya.

守矢： ちがうんだなー、わかってねえなニュース記者を。。。
Moriya: No, no! You don’t understand news journalists.

守矢： なんなコトはどーでもいーの
Moriya: That doesn’t matter.

パブロテイ： なら、そこのデスクを使いたまえ。
Parvoti: Well, you can use that desk.

守矢： お、スマンね。

周りはきたねえ机なのによ。

All the others are a mess.

とら： おい、もうひとつ教えろ。
Tora: Oi, tell me one more thing.

パブロテイ：何かね。
Parvoti: What’s that?

とら： ほかのヤツらがわしらのコトを忘れちまったからくりは
だいたいわかった。。。
Tora: I understand that it was a trick to make everyone forget us…

とら： でもよ、白面はなーんで白面のコト自体を、
ほかのヤツの記憶から奪わなかったんだ？
Tora: But why didn’t Hakumen steal the memories of itself from everyone as well?

パブロテイ： いい質問だ、トラくん。
Parvoti: Good question, Tora-kun.

とら： そっちの方がわしらの不意をつくにゃ、ずーっとメンドーがねえだろ。
Tora: That way, it could have taken us by surprised and saved itself a lot of trouble.

パブロテイ： おそらく、法力僧と字伏にはそうしようとしたにちがいない。
Parvoti: Indeed, that must be what the hourikisou and Azafuse thought.

白面と戦うよう生きている。
Parvoti: They both knew Hakumen through destiny and mission.
They live to battle Hakumen.

パブロテイ： 今のままでは白面を恐怖することは少ないだろう。
Pavroti: They have little fear of Hakumen.

潮： 白面の力の源は、自分を恐怖する者。。。
Ushio: The source of Hakumen’s power is others’ fear of it…

パブロテイ： そうだ、だから恐怖させるためには、白面の者を「未知」の物とさせる。
Parvoti: Right. So, to create true fear, Hakumen needs to be an “unknown”.

パブロテイ： そうすれば、さしもの彼らも畏怖の念を持つだろう。
Parvoti: If it did that, it would have their fear of it as well.

とら： たーっはっは、それが、あいつらさっさと石になったもんで、大失敗かよ。
Tora: Ta ha ha! They turned to stone so quickly that Hakumen’s screwed now!

とら： ざまーみろ
Tora: That’s what it gets!

とら： ほかの妖どもは？
Tora: And the other bakemono?

パブロテイ： 超―形態―妖は過去に白面と戦った時からの恐怖がある。
励起しと伝説によって、さらに倍加した恐怖か。。。
それをわざわざ忘れさせることはないな。。。
Parvoti: They have feared it since they fought it long ago.
History and legend have increased that fear many times over.
It made very sure they didn’t forget that…

Tora: Then it’s getting the maximum amount of fear from them.

Ushio: I don’t know if I understand or not…

ケストラ： ふむ、君は相変わらず、理解力にとぼしいな。
Koestler: Fumu. Your powers of comprehension are as limited as always.

Ushio: Excuse me?

潮： やっぱあんたらキライだ。
Ushio: God, I hate you people!

とら： ハズレてねーじゃん！
Tora: He’s not off the mark!

Moriya: Oi!

守矢： これ、どっちかのカミさんかい？
カタブツかと思ったらやるじゃないか。

Atsuzawa: Yessir, Colonel. Michishio and Fuyushio will depart.

厚沢： 自分もこの後すぐに沖縄基地に向かいます。
Atsuzawa: I’ll head to the base at Okinawa directly.
