Why is it Tokiko said :

Just refer back to 200 and this chapter if you're not clear. Tokiko told Yoshi to go into the otherworld in Chapter 200 but she only lists his mission in 201 after Yoshi agrees.
The objectives are:

1)Find another hole in the otherworld
There are two entrances/exits, which indicates intruder(s). The otherworld supposed to have only one hole. So Tokiko wants Yoshi to find the other hole to seal it. They need the "closure" as the Shinyuuchi is ruined, and its owner, already dead.

2)Return the Umbrella
That's the reason why Yoshi came to Higadou.

3)Any dangers, just retreat.
Meaning, Tokiko did not want Yoshi to be reckless. After all, Yoshi's recklessness has caused troubles several times. But on the same time, the work itself also questions that being reckless depending on the situation wasn't so bad too.(That would call "courageous") Tokine displays the best example for that principle.

So basically, she wants Yoshi to promise her that he would listen to her like what he said he will, especially if he wants others' assistance.(This arc teach Yoshi to depend on others a little more, and actually letting others to help you will help you being less reckless.)
