Toriko 42

The cam raw came out so I was able to do this pretty quickly. I had time to do half yesterday and the chapter has very little text in it comparatively.
Spoiler scripts of the entire chapter come out, I could probably save time by just doing those, then fixing things once I can see what's happening and where the lines split.
Now the "exploring inside the Mammoth" is happening and fights are going on there and outside as well. The way the structure of this arc is setup is really interesting, I think.
