Ok, all done... This took me four hours to translate, this giant thing... There's tons of talking, explanations, references, and callbacks with the gourmet cases... So enjoy it, it took a while.
Vicissitude put the raw in the wrong number, this is chapter 64. I'm asking him/an admin to fix it.

Note: These are all names of Zombie movies. Battalion is the Japanese name of "Return of the Living Dead", Sanguellia is the Japanese name of that...
Zombi 2 movie... with 50 titles. All a sort of pun on how the guy's name sounds like Zombie.

Toriko: It's a security system the citizens (Restaurants and enterprises inside the city) have paid to impose.
Really, people without a card can get in but they have to pay a high entrance fee instead.

Asterisk: *Sumomon is Yokohama City's 松本翔-kun's work. [Seeing as I mentioned before how these can be read many ways, I'm just gonna leave the Japanese.]
Note: Sumomon starts with "sumomo" which means prune. The literal pronunciation for these drinks are Sumomon Shibori Hyaku Percent and Suishou Cola.
