Title: әnígmә
Middle Insert: The transfiguration to the final stage...!!
Sumio: All the closed doors and windows...
opened...!?
title: e32. Shadow
Author: Sakaki Kenji
Sumio: There are guests coming related to the 7th password...!?
What are you planning, әnígmә...!!?
әnígmә: ...You'll soon find out.
Haiba Sumio...!!

Page 2:
engima: The one that they are most eagerly awaiting is...
you, Matsurigi Jirou...!
SFX: DOKUH (heartbeat)
Matsurigi: Kuh...!!
Sumio: Wh... What's wrong, President!?
SFX: GATA GATA (trembling)
әnígmә: ...The strength of your will is praiseworthy, but
your trickery is slowly growing ineffective.
SFX: ZA ZA...
әnígmә: Soon you'll have passed your limits...
and will no longer be able to hold off the Shadow transformation...
SFX: ZA ZA... ZA ZA...

Page 3:
Sumio: Shadow transformation...!!
Matsurigi: I... I'm okay, Haiba...
әnígmә: Matsurigi Jirou... No matter how much you try to hold it back, the Shadow transformation progresses like a disease.
Little by little... your self will break down and your personality will undergo a reversal.
You're fighting a battle you cannot win...!
And ultimately, you would become a Shadow completely.
And without even thinking... your soul will be overtaken by and forced to obey another person as a Shadow...!
----Isn't that right, Kurisu Ryou?
SFX: HAH
әnígmә: As someone who has experienced it, why don't you explain to him... how horrifying it is?
Well... you've mostly lost all of your memories from when you were undergoing your Shadow transformation.
Kurisu: ............

Page 4:
әnígmә: If you become a Shadow completely, escape will be impossible.
You'll even lose your desire to escape...!
Matsurigi Jirou... if you become a Shadow, everything will become easier.
You won't need to undergo the danger of the 7th password... You'll surrender yourself, won't even have to think anymore, and stay here safely.
Matsurigi: ...Sorry, but I'm choosing dangerous hope over safe despair.
...............As long as this hope called a "reward" exists...!

Page 5:
Sumio: President...!
Kurisu: Matsurigi...!
Sumio: That's right...
President is hardheaded almost to a fault!
He's not gonna yield that easily!!
Now shut up and give us the problem for the 7th password!!
әnígmә!!
әnígmә: Hm... It would be nice if you had the leeway of that kind of choice...
of a safe despair and a dangerous hope...!
Now then... return to the main school building.
The information regarding the 7th password is now flowing through it...!
SFX: GASHAN...
Sumio: Okay... Let's go!!
SFX: DAH

Page 6:
әnígmә: ----Farewell, everyone.
We will not meet here again.
Just make your way to me...
if you can, that is...!
Though it won't be the first time...
we'd be meeting face to face...
Sumio: Eh...?
SFX: GOON

Page 7:
Moto: Huh... The electricity went out...
Sumio: ...What did those last words mean?
Moto: ...Eh!? Did he say something!?
Sumio: Didn't you hear it!?
I'm sure he said... "It won't be the first time we've met."
We've met әnígmә outside the e-test...!?
The true identity of әnígmә
is someone we know...!?
[I like how one of Moto's eyes is square... hehe.]
Sumio: C... Could it be...?
SFX: GATANN
Shigeru: Are you all right, President-san...!?
Matsurigi: S... Sorry...
Sumio: Get yourself together, President...!
Kurisu: Matsurigi...!

Page 8:
Sumio: -----Say, you never ended up as a Shadow completely, right, Kurisu?
How did you do it... do you remember?
Kurisu: ...Photos...
The whole time... I think I wandered inside photos...
Yes... In this e-test, when my photo was used as a password----
I think I hid in that photo once.
I probably did that to escape the Shadows...
Sumio: Escape the Shadows...!?
So you're saying... if they don't get close, the progression will slow down...?
...I'm not confident about that, though.
Matsurigi: ...That's still plenty enough to help my strength of will...
Kurisu: Sorry, Matsurigi...!

Shigeru: This is... the school song...?
Hiina: The one that would play through the school every morning...?
Sumio: Come to their classrooms...?
Does that mean the "guests" that әnígmә mentioned...!?
Shigeru: What do we do, Sumio...!?
Sumio: ------Isn't it obvious?
Be careful, everyone. Let's go!!
