TL Note: The word "component" they're using here (guzai) means an "ingredient" but specifically the type that's part of a larger food (like lettuce or tomato on a burger). It's distinct from the normal word for ingredient (shokuzai). The parts of the Century Soup used this word.

TL Note: "Ehou" means "Lucky Direction" or "Favorable Direction". Maki means Roll. This is a regular food in Japan eaten at the end of winter to bring about good omens.
