I'm always amazed how much shoujo/jousei authors can cram into a 4 page omake... Even if it's a seinen manga they're writing.

Tda: ----How do I describe a person like Umino?
She's like a giant create with 4 giant negative engines built onto her
and I would say the enormity of the energy in them is "enough to fly in the sky☆"......

SFX: FUOOOOOOOO
Tda: And at the times where that starts to run wild,
Umino's main body becomes "Something-gelion-ish" at times......
------Usually one would simply stand unflinchingly in the way of Umino when she's in such a royal pain,
but I'm Young Animal Editor T-Da-shi!!
SFX: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

T/N: The -gelion thing is a reference to Evangelion. They're suggesting Umino looks like one of the Eva units.

Umino: PIKKYUUUH
Asterisk: *Something kinda like a pok*ball.
SFX: POUNNN
Tda: ----And so, no matter what sort of gelion she becomes, T-da-shi is able to do this using the power of the force. ☆
About those negative engines of Umino's,
when volume 2 went on sale, one of those big rampages started. And she became "burnt black ☆" as well.
Tda: C'mon, let's go to the bookstore!!
Middle Asterisk: *Blackened with anxiety...
Umino: ...I'm scared... What if all of the readers that bought volume 1 thought "What is this? It's so boring" and nobody bought volume 2...?
Bottom Asterisk: *The morning volume 2 went on sale
Tda (Handwritten): I'm sure it'll be all right. C'mon, cheer up!!
Tda: Because she threw an overwhelming amount of her life into it, if people rejected that work of hers, she felt it would be like the whole world rejecting her as a person. So the day before it went on sale, her heart was in a terrible state.

Tda: -----And so, when we go to our favorite big manga bookstore...
Ah!! Umino-sannn, they put your book on the flat displays!

It's first thing in the morning, and the stack is already really low! Aren't you glad?
(Handwritten): All the readers looking forward to it came to get it right away, it looks like!!

Asterisk: *Shaken as a result of the sudden shift from "anxiety" to "relief", all thoughts have ceased.

Tda: -----And after dissolving into mayhem from overwhelming joy, her thoughts plunged back into the death spiral......
Umino: I'm... I'm sure the manager Abe-san was worried about me
so he made a depression in the mountain of books... ----Because he knew I'd come to look "first thing in the morning"...
Tda: ------Aw, geez!!
Shut up!
T-da-shi snapped ☆
Tda: The bookstore owners don't have time for stuff like that!!
Go apologize to Abe-san!
(In bubble): Apologize from the bottom of your heart!
Handwritten: Stable.
SFX: KAKIIINN BISHIIIH BEKIIH
Tda: Okay, have you calmed down? ☆
Umino: 'Kay.
Tda: The books are all lined up, kay?
You're happy now, right?
Umino: U-huh.
Tda: That's good. So you'll cheer up now, right?
Let's keep on giving this our all, kay?
Umino: 'Kay.
Asterisk: *Something kinda like a pok*ball.
SFX: PYUUUUUHH
Umino: I'm a little like that every day, but I'm fine.
(Handwritten): Ahaha... Uhuhu... [small]
Umino: And my giant negative engines
SFX: GYOCCHO GYOCCHO
Umino: must be huge in terms of the amounts of energy they need, if I think about it.
If I can just ascertain their direction and release myself, I'm sure they can become incredible allies.
----So, persuaded by myself, I'll keep on doing my best to work on my manga.
