Celebs like me (not like those hacks who only appear on TV) get special treatment in times like these. We get escorted to an airport from our expensive mansions (never stepping foot on the ground.) Then get on a charter flight that's clear of any sort of virus and fly to a self-governed island in the south. (Of course, the name of the location is secret.) There aren't any infected people there. (Because they were all exterminated.) Tomorrow we'll be having a dinner cooked by a three-star chef.

There's a Civil Protection Law in place in case of emergencies, but it's extremely doubtful whether that's going to help during this panic. All zombfags are clearly Japanese citizens, so it's illegal to point guns at them. The SDF would have to act of its own accord, in order words, start a coup d'etat, in order to suppress this in any manner.
With that said, large groups of people like the SDF are the ones who will be most affected by this infection, so they're probably already crumbling from the inside.
