カマボコ赤白買うと食べ切れないからはんぺんのボールを赤と白くしに刺してお団子風にしたやつでしょ
I bought a lot of red and white fish paste, so I made them into fish balls and skewered them, sorta like dangos

豆に暮らせるようにボークビーンズでしょ
For this one I kinda fermented the beans, doesn’t it looks like baked beans

金運が上がるように黄色のきんとんでしょ
The mash potatoes are yellow like a yen

見通しが良くなるようにれんこんのキンピラでしょ
This chopped lotus root will give you better eyesight

根をしっかりはれるように。。。で
This one looks like a swelled up root

ゴボウの肉巻きでしょ
This looks like a burdock wrapped with meat

おじいちゃん長寿を祈ってミニハンバーグの亀でしょ
This mini turtle hamburger is for gramp’s to have a long life

あとはもちろん伊達巻と甘い錦玉子でしょ
What’s left is of course rolled omelet fish with sweet eggs

フランクフルトを鯛にみたてて切ってみました
After cutting this fish, it looks like a hotdog

美香子もおばあちゃんも２人でせっせとおせち作ってたっけな
Mikaki and grandma will both eat the New Year’s food you made
