Translation Notes

Shikaku
The Japanese words for "square" and "weak spot" are both pronounced shikaku. Kaku seems to love this pun.

Kamakirin
A kama is a hand-scythe. A kamakiri is a praying mantis. Therefore, a kamakirin is a giraffe-mantis!

Mushikaku
The character mu means "to lack". So this literally translates into "no weak spots". However, there's another pun mixed into this one: Mushi is the Japanese word for "bug", and Kaku is Kaku's name. So this can also be read as "Kaku-bug" for a little chuckle right after the kamakirin.

Kirinja
Kaku speaks like an old man. That means instead of saying watashi wa kirin desu (regular Japanese), or "I'm a giraffe", he says "washi wa kirin ja!" Zoro is making fun of him for this by calling him a kirinja, which should remind you of the word "ninja". Funny stuff.

Gorilla
This is basically here because Zoro uses it to announce his Gorilla-strength. The kanji meaning behind it simply means: "really damn strong", so I don't think there's anything more to it.
