Hitomi no Catoblepas 3

I present to you ch 3, in a non-exclusive flavor!

With this one I should be caught up to the recent chapters so I hope this helped all you budding scanlation groups.

I haven't been writing this but, feel free to use any of my translations, just make sure to credit me (and a pm would sure be swell).

紅の視線のじっと見つめる正義ーー志村時生！ (i'm very intrigued by this line, it's a great test of how well you understand the particle "no" and modifying clauses. I took only a little bit of liberty for the english. I really wrestled with this one :/)

-That is master Tokio's ultimate technique--The "Shidomeru Me"!! (lit. death/time/destruction. I called this the "Eye of Oblivion" in ch1).

-The reason Catoblepas is so widely feared is the deadly poison hidden within his red eye!
-By calling forth Catoblepas, Master Tokio's gaze gains a terrible poison that brings forth death!

-It takes 5 seconds

-When the "Shidomeru Me" (="Eye of Oblivion") is activated, whatever meets Tokio's eye for just 5 seconds
-Will lose its very life. (lit. "have the time of its very life ceased." - i leave this up to the scanlators to chose how to word these lines, if you want to carry the time analogy. I can't think of good english here)

-Because he is always keeping the most lethal poison there is in his body,

Buddist lesson of the week.
The Tenma-hajun is one of the great demon lords, who oppose the enlightenment of buddhist followers. As for mr. daimaen, interestingly there's only one reference I found to him. According to legend, the75th emperor Sutoku was forced to resign the throne by his father and upon his death he became a tengu (since he was full of torment and hate). This gave him that title above. But apparently today there's some shrine he's worshiped in anyway.

Okay so take home message is, Daimaen is a mid-boss, and tenma-hajun is the last boss. Does that make sense?
