I tried to look it up, and I keep getting hits for dezaki osamu, of astro boy, black jack, etc fame, but i don't know if it has much to do with him because those four characters aren't his name, just the 1st two are. The last two are a word which can mean "manager, producer, supervisor" etc., but again i would imagine his full name would be used, not a title.)
