(left) SUMMARY: By finding a calling card and answering a telephone "questionnaire"*, people are brought over to the ruins of future Japan...also known as PSYREN. Having returned from the future, Ageha meets Amamiya's teacher and learns the truth about this game and the power of PSI and begins his training. In stark contrast with the steadily-progressing Hiryuu, Ageha seems hopeless. Elsewhere, the famous actor Mochizuki Oboro has obtained one of these cards as well...??

*(t/n - I don't know if I wrote this note before so I'll just say it in case. The comic calls that both a questionnaire and an entrance exam on different occasions. Wherever possible I try to call it an entrance exam because that makes more sense from the PSYREN perspective. To ordinary people, it looks like a questionnaire.)

(t/n - My guess, but I think I understand his name. In this line his manager says "boro o dasu na" which roughly corresponds to "don't show your faults". Oboro is probably a pun on this, O meaning large and boro meaning faults. So, he's a big star who looks flawless, but he's really a huge doofus)

-I'm very disappointed in the current state of Japan, in an uproar over some silly myth
-Because people are too busy chasing after some product of their imagination, they fail to see the truth!

-Well, how about the huge number of people who claim to have seen Nemesis Q??

-It was along with her late husband, Sir Tenjuin Covelle*, that this fortune-telling duo dominated the world!
*(t/n - i have not reversed the names. so, that's not the proper english ordered title, if that makes sense. also, i use the world late here, with the meaning of deceased.)
-They possessed the power to predict the future!
-Together, they amassed a fortune through their connections within the economic world!

-Neither of the two has appeared in the news media for years...and now that Sir Covelle has suffered a mysterious death,
-Why is the widowed Elmore so obsessed with Psyren? The answer is still shrouded in mystery

-I hate shady old women like that! I hope she never comes out on TV!
