SUMMARY (left)
A new WISE, named Shiner, appears with the power of teleportation and rescues Dholaki. After identifying himself as a "star commander", he declares war on our heroes and vanishes. Afterwards, Ageha and co. reach the Goal and return to the present. Around the same time, the WISE's various commanders assemble in the Kantou area Siren Tower. What happens next...!?

(t/n - 天修羅 - heavenly carnage in lit. trans. unsure how to use this as a title, i took a guess. the term for carnage is also the same as the Buddhist realm of asura, which sounds cooler so i took a stab at it. /naruto influence)
-accept this challenge on behalf of the power vested in me by the Council of Elders!
(t/n - the word used in council of elders could be transed senate, as in the Roman senate. I see no need to go that far, but i may change my mind if we see more of a political system.)
