So Akuma Shogun is both Goldman and made of diamond...and as if that's not horrible enough, he now has turned the weakened Justice Choujin into a cushion to take Kinnikuman's impacts! Can the situation get any worse for Suguru?

KINNIKUMAN VS. AKUMA SHOGUN (4)

TN: Now this is what I call a tactic: if Akuma Shogun can turn his entire body into diamond, why not take advantage of his sweat (yeah, I know...it's weird) to turn your own mask into a diamond-hardened mask to match hardness? It's moments like this which sort of make one realize how great Suguru's on the spot tactics can be, particularly taking a villain's advantage and turning it into their own downfall. Probably though this chapter is just as good for two different reasons. The first: we get the beginning of Akuma Shogun's greatest tactic, the "Hell Nine-Point Seal", which is only going to get worse by the chapter! The second: as jerky and annoying as he can get, seeing Harabote rallying the other Justice Choujin was just great stuff. Yeah, it leads to more talk about that "Friendship Power" we're going to hear a lot more next arc, but I like that the man who pretty much was working against Suguru for most of the series is here trying to help him defeat the greatest evil any of them has faced...though I doubt it will do much to improve his image in the Choujin world.
