TN: There is a big question I have to ask about this chapter...but since it's about Pentagon's new "power" and it hasn't quite completely been explained yet, I'll leave that for next time. On the other hand, I'll just talk a bit about the weird discord and healing between Suguru and Kamehame so early in the tourney. For one thing, was that discord for real or just for play in order to psyche out the opposing duo? One moment they fight and the next they easily take down Pentagon rather easily. I get that Kamehame is being too protective and Suguru being too selfish for success, but it was weird how they fought, made up, and took him down. As for comments on the other side of the chapter, I have a couple. First: is it just me or they obviously had the other Choujin leave to watch the Muscle Brothers so they wouldn't have simultaneous matches in Tournament Mountain? Sure it works but it just seems like it felt forced to keep the concentration on one match at a time. (yeah, it probably would be too tough to do simultaneous matches akin to the Devil Choujin arc with all these participants) And speaking of Devil Choujin...is it just me or does Black Hole suddenly seem blander than usual? One thing I liked about him in the "7 Devil Choujin" arc was that he had personality, a brute but still a respecting gentleman. Here...well, he just sucks things and works with Pentagon...and that's about it.
