Kinnikuman 222
Dream Choujin Tag Arc (14): Match of Destiny!!
-> RTS Page for Kinnikuman 222
The third match of the tag tournament first round has become personal as Robin Mask tries to reveal the true identity of Hell Missionary Neptuneman! But just because he wants to fight him...doesn't mean he will!
Chapter 222: Dream Choujin Tag Arc (14): Match of Destiny!!
128.
Robin: There is not another man in this world who can use the illusionary deadly technique: the Quarrel Special!!
Robin: There’s no mistake: he’s my rival Kenkaman--!!
Neptune: Die and atone for your crimes.
Neptune: Kendaman!!
Kenda: Gya—
129.
Suguru: Kya—
Audience: Owa—
Robin: You really are. You’re hiding your face under a mask, but you really are The Kenkaman, who I fought at the British preliminary for the Choujin Olympics!
Budo: How rude that you call this man that. He is not Kenkaman. He is Don Neptuneman-sama of the Perfect Choujin!!
Robin: So then, can you explain that technique now? That Quarrel Special is an original hold that can only be done by Kenkaman himself!!
Neptune: U—m, if you say so, I have what you’ve heard. So the Choujin who uses the same technique as me is actually called Kenkaman……
Robin: That’s you—
Neptune: That guy’s dead!
Robin: De…dead!? Wh…when!!
130.
Neptune: After he left the ring from suddenly abandoning his final to Robin Mask in the Choujin Olympics British Preliminaries 4 years ago, he threw himself into the Thames…
Robin: You lie—the eyes of that Kenkaman four years ago were not the eyes of a man who died!!
Caption: British National Preliminary 4 Years Ago, Robin Mask’s Dressing Room—
Robin: How could that stupid thing happen—
Robin: How could he say he knew an opponent’s true power by just grappling with them without fighting—
Pheris: But isn’t that fine? You’ve obtained a ticket for the Choujin Olympics World Tournament without fighting.
Robin: This isn’t fine! He said that his true power was real and that my true power was fake…
131.
Robin: Ke…Kenkaman!!
Robin: Right, you worried about having a true final showdown with me!
Kenka: Wait!! You should have said that earlier.
Kenka: At the moment you grappled me, I was confident in my own victory…therefore, a useless contest was unnecessary……
Robin: So if you were confident in your own victory, then why would you hand me, the loser, the ticket to the world tournament? It’s better if you took part!!
132.
Kenka: It was too small! For me, the Choujin Olympics would be child’s play…
Robin: Wait, where are you going!!
Kenka: It just seems throughout the world now there are too many technique competitions. There isn’t one Choujin I can fight longer than a minute!! It’s a bit too early for me to appear in the Choujin World…however, I’m sure now that there’s a strong person that will appear that I can face for over five minutes…until then, I’m going to disappear for a while!!
Kenka: This strong person…
Kenka: How about it be you, Robin Mask!!
Robin: Wa…wait up!!
Robin: Fight me, Kenkaman—I’ve prepared a new deadly technique for when you fight me!!
133.
Robin: If you don’t appear to compete, this deadly technique will have no mea—ning!!
Robin: So Kenkaman, who flooded my light of hope, has died!!
Robin: Neptuneman, you really are Kenkaman—
Suguru: Robin!!
Robin: Uh.
134.
Neptune: Dorya—
Announcer: Neptune has clearly put Robin mask’s body in a Side Suplex--!!
Wars: Are…you alright, Robin!!
Robin: Th…that was the first time I took such an intense Side Suplex.
Neptune: No matter how much you say it, I do not go by the name of Kenkaman!
Neptune: However, by all means, if you want to see if this Kenkaman and me are the same person, then you’ll recognize it in the ring by force!
135.
Neptune: Let’s go, Budo!
Budo: Yes!
Robin: Interesting. He’s a devil, but I’m pleased that these principals of power seemingly by Neptuneman, no, Kenkaman!!
136.
Wars: I’m happy that the 3rd Match of the Choujin Tag Tournament will be us waging war against the Hell Missionaries, lead by Neptune!
Robin: O—K, shall we show him together? My reserved deadly technique for this competition against Kenkaman!
Suguru: Um—if the deadly technique is the Tower Bridge, then I did defeat it at the Choujin Olympic finals 4 years ago…
Wars: Actually, Robin Mask did fight Kinnikuman at the world tournament that year…however, thinking of his life rival Kenkaman, he used the Tower Bridge in the Kinnikuman match, but has one other main big deadly technique he didn’t use.
Suguru: Thus, somehow, even as he was losing to Kinnikuman in the world tournament, Robin was preserving his main deadly technique for when he confronted his lifelong rival Kenkaman—
Robin: It’s called
137.
Robin: The Robin Special!!
Robin: Let’s go, Warsman!!
Suguru: Hold on~~use this Robin Special on me. I’ll defeat it!!
Audience: Ooh!! The 3rd Ring. It’s starting!! The match…
138.
Ashura: The destined showdown…I love things like that.
Sunshine: From deepness, to deepness, destiny increases the amount of blood that flows in the ring, fuo fuo fuo.
Announcer: Well, the gong as rung and the 3rd match of the Choujin Tag Tournament begins!!
Budo: Now come, Neptuneman!!
Neptune: Go, Budo!!
Announcer: He hasn’t appeared. The Hell Missionaries sends out Big the Budo first, kicking Robin’s provoking of Neptune---!!
Robin: Well, so you don’t want me to know your true form?
Robin: If that’s how it is, then I’ve thought of that too!!
Robin: Sorya
139.
Budo: Guo
Announcer: A knee drop to there from the top of the ropes!!
Announcer: Warsman uses a reverse Knee Drop too---!!
Robin: Well, Neptuneman, if you don’t want your partner to helplessly die with this, hurry and tag in!!
Neptune: Whatever it is, you seem to want me to enter the ring…
Neptune: The Budo isn’t my partner. Even devils are soldiers for my ambition…I won’t tag even if he dies.
Wars: W…what?
140.
Budo: Guoo—
Wars: Uo
Robin: OK, I have no exception in changing my strategy to drag Neptune into the ring!!
Robin: Warsman, Tag Formation A!
Wars: OK!!
Wars: I’ve waited to do this to him!!
Neptune: Go Budo. Don’t give them anything to use as an opening!!
141.
Budo: Uoo~~!!
Wars: Tag Formation!!
Wars: A!!
Announcer: Is Robin Mask thinking of something? He’s put his partner Warsman in a Tower Bridge--!!
Robin: Do you think this is a regular Tower Bridge!!
142.
Robin: Take this!!
Wars: Rolling…
Wars: Bear Claw--!!
Robin: How’s that, Neptune!! If you’re true form is the high-prided Kenkaman, then you’re one who shouldn’t be silent when your prided body is wounded—
Neptune: Ki…Kill him!! Budo, don’t let Robin get back up!!
143.
Budo: Uooo~~
Robin: OK, now!!
Robin: A chance for the Robin Special!!
Announcer: Robin Mask has put Budo’s large form in an Airplane Spin----!!
Robin: Take this--!!
Robin: ………!!
144.
Announcer: With the chance of the thrown Budo, Robin Mask is flying mid-air with his own body----!!
Budo: Gyahaha, what is this Robin Special? Isn’t this simply an Airplane Spin throw—
Robin: It isn’t…
Robin: That simple!!
Budo: Ge
145.
Announcer: Robin Mask has caught Budo’s neck with his legs midair and is increasing the descent speed of Budo with his own body weight--!!
Robin: This is
Robin: THE ROBIN SPECIAL---!!
Neptune: I’ve actually seen it!! The Robin Special!

SPECIAL VTR VI
ROBIN MASK VS. BIG THE BUDO
TN: And now for a short question: what do you call a creature who walks like a duck, swims like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like a duck. The answer: Neptuneman. I mean sure there is the whole matter of the forgotten "Hulk Dogan" (though I have my theories), but it just seemed obvious that Neptuneman is Kenkaman and that they're just building up for the big reveal obviously. I really don't get why they have to be so heavy-handed regarding the two of them, since it just makes both Robin and Neptune look like douches regardless. At least the match has started...and so far, all it really does is show that Budo is a giant punching bag and that Warsman makes a good flying projectile. And...I really don't want to get into the Robin Special since...well, why would Robin hide it for so long instead of just, say, using it on Suguru in the Choujin Olympic finals? I know about the whole "eternal rival" thing but if he used that technique sooner, it could have helped him out. Regardless, this is by no means nowhere as cool as the Junkman fight...but it's hard to top a guy with giant mashers for hands as an opponent.
