TERRYMAN VS. SUNSHINE

TN: Well the real truth behind the New Machineguns has been revealed. No, it has nothing to do with that bothersome "Friendship Power"...it's more to do with Terry having an ego trip. Think about it: hiding under Suguru's spotlight for so long, whether in solo or in team, Terry couldn't handle being the "second banana" on what was essentially Suguru's tag-team, particularly since he is the one with most of the titles. Thus in order to finally win some prestige on the circuit, he had to create a team he would control, finding a Choujin naive enough to follow his every command (Geronimo) and using him alongside his own skill to take on all obstacles. And thus...why he is nearly screwed with the Devil Choujin knocking the two of them around. Suguru wasn't right to laugh at Terry either but at least it's somewhat just desserts: plot or no plot, if Terry wasn't so obsessed in getting out of Suguru's spotlight, then the real Machineguns would be out there kicking butt against all obstacles. At least they're finally coming to their senses about it...but knowing Yudetamago, they'll just say "friendship power is being restored" in all cases. One more silly thought though: is it just me or is Terry's "reminiscence" about the Machineguns in America more or less a fabrication of how good it was back then. A brief reminder: the Machineguns tied in their first match with Suguru screwing up and being selfish regarding how tag matches go, they won their second match for the most part because Kinkotsuman and Iwao cheated, and then the final match was a lot of angst until Terry finally got over his fake leg. Those "good old days" weren't really that good...but at least I rather have them fighting Ashuraman and Sunshine over Skull Bozu and Devil Magician anyday. (then again Devil Magician wasn't too bad)
