TN: It's sort of weird to say this considering that it probably is just going to lead to another rant...but in a weird way, the ultimate plan of Neptune King isn't a bad one...on paper. The concept of taking the masks to "have Perfect Choujin infiltrate and become these powerful warriors in place of the Justice Choujin" may sound selfish or a bit like "Invasion of the Choujin Snatchers", but in concept it's just an interesting means of gaining a foothold in this society: get rid of the competition and become the main means to save the world. (think of it as such: Neptune King is Sam Walton using his Wal-Mart-like Perfect Choujin organization to drive the "mom-and-pop" individual Justice Choujin out of business so they can control and monopolize things)

But...that's where the concept stops being good. First of all, you have to look at the whole measure of the concept in general and who is taking part in it. Neptune King wants to give away Choujin masks to a bunch of Perfect Choujin...to become new versions of the Choujin currently on Earth. He doesn't want, say, Big Radial or Moaiman to be themselves, he wants them to be the next Warsman or Robin Mask. And that...is stupid. Just because a Choujin wears the mask of the original doesn't mean they are the original, even with "New" attached to the start of their name. These Perfect Choujin are going to have their own powers and their own moves and they just wouldn't want to be restricted to playing the role Neptune King wants them to with the masks. Let alone when someone wants a Choujin to save them, if they see them wearing a Choujin mask of, say, Warsman, they want them to see him as Warsman and fight using the Bear Claw as opposed to...well, whatever the Perfect Choujin has. Secondly, you aren't going to exactly match these masks to new Choujin perfectly. If you've seen many of the Choujin, they aren't just going to put the mask on and instantly be "Warsman" or "Kinnikuman Great". In fact, they would need everything from the costume to the right build and body structure and even the right weapons to be whoever they're supposed to be! A Choujin isn't made by mask alone. Third...is that Neptune King is too naive to think that just because the old Choujin don't have their masks anymore doesn't mean they are going to go away. Wrestling all the time has characters who are defeated or revealed, then they return later as someone else who is just as or more popular than their prior identity! If Robin wanted to take up a new identity who isn't Robin Mask, he could do so instead of being blindly though of to "be so ashamed he could leave the planet"...heck, he did so when he was Warsman's trainer so he can easily do it again!

And now for probably the biggest and stupidest reason as to why Neptune King's plan is dumb: from the way he addresses his plan of infiltrating Choujin society and taking over, he didn't differentiate between Choujin. From how his speech went, he made it sound like there were exactly 1000 Choujin on Earth, they were all masked, all Justice Choujin and therefore easy to take over. First of all, there are plenty of Choujin on Earth who don't use masks at all. The best example is Brocken Jr.: sure he has that weird mask that causes the shadow over his face, but he doesn't use a mask at all! Therefore, he can't be one of the thousand! Likewise is the matter of Ashuraman: he defeated him and took three masks, but he was not only a tri-mask user but a Devil Choujin! I guess he isn't counting Devil Choujin (or even Brutal Choujin), but wouldn't that skew the numbers too? And of course, if there were only a thousand Choujin on Earth and they were all masked...then why didn't they say anything about it until now...let alone count those who aren't masked like Brocken, the original Terryman, and so on!? (even ones with weird faces like Pentagon) It would have been easier to say that Neptune King just wanted to take out the "thousand masked Choujin of Earth"...but even then they probably didn't get every last one of them or got a bunch of nobodies. Heck, if Neptune King wanted to do this mask concept, the easiest (and probably least honorable way) would have been to go to a costume store, steal a thousand masks and use those for his Perfect Choujin army! Sure it wouldn't have made a plot and there would still be the originals and the Justice Choujin...but at least they could come to Earth with masks like he wants.

All and all though...even with the stupidity and plausability of the scenario (let alone weird moments like the "Composite Superman" moment where the Suguru and Terry Curse Dolls merge or the Green Lantern-esque magnetic arm), the chapter wasn't bad if only cause the action was some great stuff, particularly Suguru defeating the Double Leg Suplex and the Megaton King Drop. I guess sometimes though even with action, you just end up more frustrated with...well, what should essentially be a corporate takeover by force and drowning out the competition.
