3. Rubik’s Cube Slap
(TN: The “slap” in the attack name is in reference to a thrust used by sumo wrestlers in combat)
Wolf: What do you want to hear from me today? I really hate interviews. It’s better if you think just of how we Choujin fight. You can look closely at the scene when the fans sign me, but don’t believe me.
(TN: Not sure if it’s about Wolfman’s signings or the fans signing him, but I think it refers to the “fan appreciation” contest in the 2nd Choujin Olympics between him and Terryman)

Caption: Wolfman’s slap makes Kinnikuman’s face quickly swell up.

Rubik’s Cube Slap Instructions:
1. Aiming for your opponent’s face, slap with all resignation.
2. A regular slap
3. Slap obstinately
(TN: Yeah, this isn’t the beginning of the chapter, but considering TW didn’t do this at the end of the last Devil Choujin chapter, I decided to do it for a complete version of the volume)

Narrator: Kourakuen Ballfield
Announcer: We’ve been blessed with great weather here at Kourakuen Ballfield, where the Choujin are holding their one yearly Public Physical Exam Meet.
Sign: Hindu Squat
Mayumi: The most important thing for a Choujin is their health! Having sickness or injury won’t let you protect humanity from the hands of evil!
Mayumi: Since there are Choujin who spend all their time fighting hard normally
Harabote: The Choujin Association has an obligation to have a Physical Exam for them once a year.

59.
Woman: 250 Kilos.
Official: Hey—you’re 50 Kilos over from last year. We’re supposed to be conserving oil.
Official: Your penalty is to run around the grounds until you drop your wei—ght!
Suguru: Uuh! I get depressed for this day every year.
Suguru: I guess I ate too much gyuudon.
Meat: It’s not just Prince who’s depressed.
Meat: My heart gets gloomy with just my shortness…
Mayumi: However, it’s thanks to our ancestors that we can see the rapid growth of Choujin in peace like this.

60.
Mayumi: It’s all thanks to the dazzling brilliant legendary Gold Mask and Silver Mask!
Bibimba: Daiou-sama, what are the Legendary Masks?
Mayumi: What is it, Bibimba? You don’t now of the Gold and Silver Masks in the Great Kinniku Temple!
Bibimba: Eeh!? Perhaps they’re weird masks with Suguru-sama’s face!
Bibmba: But how is that connected in the growth of Choujin?
Mayumi: O—K, I’ll tell you about those two masks.

61.
Mayumi: Once upon a time long ago, the Kinniku Clan did not have the power they hold now and were weak in the Choujin world. One clear day, our ancestor was washing her dirty mask in the river…
Mayumi: It was there that a bit of negligence had her mask fall into the river.
Ancestor: Ah!
Mayumi: The ancestor became frantic, going after it as the mask fell into a cave under a waterfall…
Ancestor: Hie~~this is terrible.
Ancestor: Guo~~I didn’t have another mask aside from that and it was the only thing I could wear now~~

62.
Mayumi: And at that moment, God appeared at the waterfall basin…
Mayumi: And presented masks that appeared in his left and right hands.
God: Peasant, your floating mask is ragged. How about this gold one?
Mayumi: Doing so, the ancestor skin became over-still and she should have chosen the Gold Mask, but
Mayumi: Instead, she chose her ragged one.
Ancestor: Ah, the grey one.
God: H—mm, you’re an honest person! I’m pleased.

63.
God: For your dedication, I will give you this Gold Mask and Silver Mask…
God: This Gold Mask is the mask of war!
God: And this Silver Mask is the mask of peace!
God: With these two masks, the Kinniku Clan will greatly prosper. But you shouldn’t separate these two masks. If you don’t protect them, a terrible thing will happen.
Mayumi: Leaving her with those words, God vanished.
Mayumi: And those since those days, our ancestors enshrined the two masks, not separating the Gold and Silver Masks as instructed by God.

64.
Mayumi: Before long, the Kinniku Clan came to take the leadership of the Choujin World.
Mayumi: And now those Gold and Silver Masks aren’t just for the Kinniku Clan, but have become the source of energy for all the Choujin in the universe. In short, we Choujin must live being blessed by the Gold and Silver Masks just like humans must live blessed by their sun.
Mayumi: Due to that, the protection of the Gold and Silver Masks are our duty.
Girl: Terryman is 110 Kilos!
Official: U—m, you’re not light or heavy, the stature of proportions, you’re actually a good figure. You’re gifted from your normal conditioning make-up, Terry.
Terry: No—

65.
Official: What’s wrong, Terryman.
Terry: No I’m fine! Just a bit dizzy…
Suguru: Weird! Everyone’s idol Terryman isn’t drunk or anything!
Voice: UWA…
Special: He…hey, are you OK Brocken?
Brocken: Uuh…

66.
Suguru: Aah…Wolfman too. And…Robin too. Wh…what’s wrong with everyone? Are you still tired from the Devil Choujin fight!
Wars: That’s not it, Kinnikuman.
Suguru: Warsman!
Wars: It seems like something is sucking up our power…
Suguru: Eeh…!?
Wars: I’ll prove it now.
Sign: Choujin Power Measure Machine
Suguru: Warsman

67.
Suguru: Aah…Warsman’s Choujin strength stopped at 500,000…
Wars: As you see, my million power Choujin strength has fallen by half.
Wars: Perhaps Terry and Robin Mask too have had a considerable amount of power sucked away.
Wars: However, it’s not just us. The power of all the others is being sucked away. Since they need a large amount of power from us ordinary Choujin, they appear to be damaging us at once with little power.
Harabote: Ma, Mayumi-chan, perhaps the source of this phenomenon is some sort of accident with the Gold Mask…..
Mayumi: It…could be!
Mayumi: OK, call Planet Kinniku!

68.
Sign: World Clock
Mayumi: Th…this is…………
Soldier: We…have to tell you: the…Gold Mask has…has been stolen……
Mayumi & Harabote: What?
Meat: Sa…Satan……Sa…Satan did it--!!
Suguru: Meat, wh…what are you saying? Didn’t we annihilate the Devil Choujin!
Meat: You…your wrong.
Meat: I saw it: just before Buffaloman became worn down, he had a much more terrible devil shadow
Suguru: What—
Meat: Sa…Satan stole the Golden Mask so he can kill all of us---!!

69.
Mayumi: Because the Gold War Mask and the Silver Peace Mask are normally together, they preserve tranquility, but if just the Gold Mask was handed over to Satan, we can’t stop him. The Gold Mask isn’t forgiving; it will show us its fury—
Wars: This embodiment is destroying the power of the Choujin.
Speical: Th…then we’re already…
Mayumi: Don’t worry, we still have the Silver Mask of Peace!
Suguru: This is the Silver Mask of Peace.
Wars: I’ve become worried that the Peace Mask should be inferior in power to the battle expert Gold Mask.
Mayumi: I don’t know if we can’t use it like that. We still don’t know what sort of power the Silver Mask has.
Voice: FUFUFU…
Suguru: N?

70.
Gold Mask: So you’re the first one with the Silver Mask?
Terry: Ge, it’s…six Kinnikuman, n…no, Gold Maskmen!
Meat: It’s…it’s Satan. Satan’s finally come—

71.
Gold Mask: Ke ke ke—
Suguru: Oh!
Suguru: Te…tears!
Suguru: Wh…which is the real Gold Mask……!!

4. Red Rain of Berlin
Brocken: This is the special technique of my father Brockenman. After making your hand like a sword, you can call forth what is called “The Red Rain of Berlin” from the downpour of your opponent’s blood like rain…….Is that a good explanation?

Caption: Devil Choujin Mister Khamen is at the front of being sliced by the Red Rain of Berlin!!

Red Rain of Berlin Instructions:
(Omitted due to the impossibility of taking it with our camera from the technique’s speed being too fast)

TN: Well, I think this is the point everyone's really been waiting for: the start of a brand new, non-catching up arc. I assure that all of you reading this have gotten through the Devil Choujin arc (if you haven't, do it now!) so I will be frank and unreserved as I make my way through this. Essentially this chapter was mostly just an introduction to the new arc but mostly links back to what we just finished considering the possibility (at least if Meat has anything to say about it) it is connected to the evil force controlling Buffaloman and the others in the last arc. (though I don't really know how he would know that considering Meat was split apart the entire time...Suguru must have filled him in or he might have seen more than we knew split up) It does seem ironic that they start talking about the Gold and Silver Masks and then suddenly they become so crucial...but that's probably just a storytelling means so pay no heed to it. Anyway, the arc is here as are the 6 "Gold Mask Men"...but what they want will be shown in the next chapter!
