Chapter 166: Gold Mask Arc (7): Friendship Retirement Ceremony!!
(TN: The expression “Retirement Ceremony” is actually the Japanese term “Danpatsushiki”. This is a ceremony used for the retirement of sumo wrestlers where they have their topknot cut off. You can possibly predict which character that could refer to…)

151.
Meat: Aah!! It’s not the real Gold Mask!!
Announcer: The Mask of Six Devil Knight’s Sneagator is a fake! It was merely a video projector--!!

152.
Meat: Th…that’s—Prince bet his life to take this back but it was fake, damn—put it back!!
Sneagator: Stop with that worthless thing. Haven’t you realized that a terrible thing has happened?
Meat: What!?
Meat: Wh…what is it!? What is that terrible thing--!!
Sneagator: Kekeke…a devil doesn’t die alone. They must have a companion……!!
Sneagator: COUGH
Meat: Doesn’t die alone…Wh…what does that mean!?

153.
Meat: Do you know Prince?
Meat: Again~~~! I get that Prince is mortified, but there’s nothing he can do in moping on that forever.
Sneagator: A devil doesn’t die alone. They must have a companion!
Meat: Prince—

154.
Meat: Aah!

Announcer: Following Sneagator, Kinnikuman has collapsed as well—

Meat: His…Choujin Strength has become 0!!
Terry & Wars: What’s wrong, Meat-kun!

155.
Meat: Pr…Prince has…
Meat: Died—
Terry & Wars: WHAT
Meat: A devil doesn’t die alone. Therefore, Sneagator’s premonition of his own death was to switch Prince’s Choujin Strength in a stealing strategy in case the Prince won. And thus Prince has become his companion--!!
Wars: Kin…Kinnikuman’s Choujin strength, which wasn’t even absorbed by Buffaloman was absorbed so easily by a terrible Devil Knight!
Choujin: Uwa—then, it’s already the end for us.
Canadian: Chie…that simple Kinnikuman. If he’s dead, then we’ll die from getting back that Gold Mask. That was good!
Terry: Wh..what are you saying?
Voice: Hey—you all, how could you be so selfish?

156.
Geronimo: Get out he—re! You shouldn’t just say that while Kinnikuman is fighting for all of you!!
Canadian: What—you brat!!
Geronimo: What can you do—
Wolf: Stop all of you—
Wolf: There—
Canadian: Wo…Wolfman.
Wolf: All of you know that I who have died once am alive thanks to getting power from Buffaloman.

157.
Wolf: But I can’t even use this power. I can’t forgive that Buffaloman.
Wolf: THIS LIFE THAT WAS ONCE THROWN AWAY!
Terry: Wo…Wolfman
Wolf: Take it Kinnikuman!!

158.
Meat: Aah!!
Suguru: U…U~~h
Meat: Prince—
Wolf: Good…
Wolf: Now I can die happy…
Wolf: Brave one there, won’t you take my topknot?
Geronimo: Wh…what are you saying!

159.
Wolf: I want you to have it.
Geronimo: Understood.
Wolf: Th…thanks.
Canadian: I…I was bad, Wolfman.
Suguru: Wo…Wolfman, I’ll take this life for the moment…!!

160.
Gold Mask: Well, Kinnikuman. You have five remaining Hells. Within them somewhere is the real Gold Mask. Whichever Hell you choose will be much worse than Gator Hell!!
Suguru: You--!!
Suguru: OK, Meat, let’s go.
Suguru: Ge…Gator Hell is disappearing!!
Suguru: S—o, which Hell is best next, Meat!!
Suguru: Huh!? Meat, Meat where are you?

161.
Meat: Wa—Prince, save me—
Sign: SPACE HELL
Suguru: Aah!!
Suguru: Meat--!
Suguru: Wa—
Suguru: Wh...what is this? Isn’t this an amusement park at night?
Meat: Prince! The ring is over here. So then, this amusement park is the stage of Space Hell.
Suguru: N?

162.
Suguru: Wh…what is that!
Meat: Th…that’s Mercury!
Meat: Ah, and there’s Venus!
Meat: Aah, over there is Mars, Jupiter and Saturn…!!
Meat: Ge, and Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
Meat: They’re planets of our Solar System!!
Suguru: Ooh, that planet over there!!

CHOUJIN DEADLY-TECHNIQUE SERIES
9. Iron Claw
Mayumi: You need many months and years to learn this technique. When you are laughed by monkeys who live nearby, who can train without training, then, first of all, you’re one who can learn this……

Caption: The Daioh uses his deadly (?) Iron Claw against the chairman.

Iron Claw Instructions:
(Since it’s a simple technique, instructions aren’t needed)
Mayumi: Wh…what’s that--!?

TN: Somehow I think Planetman's entrance is one of the coolest of the Devil Knights...but unfortunately with the chapters that are coming, that's probably the only cool thing he does. Aside from that, a good section of this chapter is about Wolfman's sacrifice to save Suguru...the sumo Choujin really isn't one of my favorite characters, but I really did like the reason behind the sacrifice he made, considering all the hell and mistrust he still has of being saved by Buffaloman. The former Devil Choujin put him through so much that he's easily willing to die than to take this piece of his enemy's life...which makes Wolfman different from Suguru. And with Wolfman's current passing, we meet another crucial and popular Choujin: Geronimo. He's a rather ordinary design but he's an interesting character as we'll see for the rest of the arc...and you can really tell from early on that he's just like an overenthusiastic kid who just is happy to be with the big boys unknowing of the trials he's about to go through himself. Considering the mistreatment he's gotten both later in the series (and in Nisei which some in the US have seen as Ultimate Muscle under...Beatlebomb!?), it is nice to see the Indian Choujin as he enters the scene.
