This trans general information:
The soldiers of pochomkin talks in an accent used by soldiers, something that does not exist in english, and because we're not stupid as some kenshin translators were, I'll just say there was something like that, instead of looking for something to use instead.
The soldiers accent comes into account with them finishing their sentences with the words "de arimasu", meaning something like that exists, or even what people liked to say of "gozairu (the word with kenshin use to end sentences)" that it is, but practicly, in the sentence, it has no meaning instead of accent, this is why I didn't translate it.
The second thing about them talking like soldiers is the fact that they say "wareware" meaning "we" all the time, there is no individual existance, but that's something that could be seen in english too.
