On the first panel of SA 85, Bobopatchnosuke is pretending to use Goku's famous Kamehameha. Goku's the lead character from DB and the Kamehameha is his trademark attack, mind you.

It's an accurate, yet hilariously stupid, translation.

The third through sixth panel on page 147 is a reenactment of Chaozu's sacrifice against Nappa from Dragon Ball. After blowing up as Chaozu, DP then becomes Nappa, who is unphased.
Tenbo = Tenshinhan, Chaozu's best friend. Paozu = Chaozu.
