Here's a relatively quick trans of this week's Bleach. Enjoy. :amuse

Pg 1
Side Text: –––Dordoni has suffered a terrible defeat at the hands of a hollow form Ichigo. The thoughts that recur in his heart are…?

Frame 1
Dor: It was something I knew. As soon as the Hougyoku was obtained, the Espadas from before would be useless.

Frame 2
Dor: That thought I accepted that from the start and placed myself beneath Aizen-dono.

Frame 3
Dor: But––––

Pg 2
Frame 4
Dor: Hogyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!

Pg 3
Bleach 254 Leave the Chocolate Here

Side Text: Ecstasy from a sweeeeeeeet parfait!? Oh, it’s dangerous! Be careful of that “sweetness”!?

Pg 4
Frame 1
Dor: What…What are… What are you doing? You!!!!!
Neru: What you ask… I’m covering you with drool.
Dor: I can see that!!! I’m asking why you’re covering me with drool!!!

Frame 2
Ichigo: Shut up. What are you making a racket about, Don Banini?
Dor: It’s Dordoni!!! What kind of feast-like name is that!?

Frame 3
Ichigo: Even though it’s weak, this one’s drool has some healing properties. Right Neru?
Neru: Yup. That’s why, like this…

Frame 6
Dor: What are you doing to me!!!

Pg 5
Frame 1
Neru: Like I said, it’s drool.
Dor: That’s not drool!! That’s barf!!!
Neru: If I massage my throat dick, lots of drool comes out.
Translator’s Note: “Throat dick” is a very coarse way to say uvula.
Dor: And I’m saying that’s barf!!! More importantly a lady shouldn’t say things like massage a dick!!!

Frame 2
Dor: Aaah! S…Sto… NOOOO–––––

Frame 5
Dor: …I lost completely. It was almost refreshing.

Frame 6
Dor: My body was filled with power, and my mind filled with the will to win. No matter when you attacked, I had confidence that I could receive it and return it.

Pg 6
Frame 1
Dor: I wasn’t letting my guard down. I just couldn’t see it.

Frame 2
Dor: …You’re strong, Niño.

Frame 3
Ichigo: …No I’m not.

Frame 5
Dor: …I wanted to return to being an Espada.

Pg 7
Frame 2
Dor: …The Espadas are Aizen-dono’s faithful minions. And Aizen-dono probably doesn’t even think of those Espadas as even a weapon. I know that.

Frame 4
Dor: But once you’ve stood at the top, you can never forget the view. That place was beyond comfortable.

Frame 5
Dor: I thought if I could defeat you at your full power, Aizen-dono would once again accept me. And I could bloom once again as and Espada.

Frame 6
Dor: That’s why I challenged you go into hollow form…

Pg 8
Frame 1
Dor: Nothing has changed!!!

Frame 3
Dor: What are you surprised about? To heal a wounded enemy who’s circumstances you know nothing about, is to do so preparing for a counterattack. Is that wrong?

Frame 4
Ichigo: Stop it! You can’t have recovered enough to fight!!

Pg 9
Frame 1
Dor: A wound is something borne against determination, Niño. As long as the will to fight has recovered, bodily wounds aren’t enough to hold one back.

Frame 2
Dor: That’s where I’m saying you’re like a chocolate!! Niño!!!

Pg 10

Pg 11
Frame 1
Neru: …Ichi… …go…

Frame 4
Dor: …Fuh……

Frame 5
Dor: Fufufufufufufufufu…!!

Frame 6
Dor: …Now,

Pg 12
Frame 1
Dor: …It seems, it was on time.

Pg 13
Frame 1
Dor: …Welcome, Exequias, gentleman.
Translator’s Note: Exequias should mean Execution (Funeral) Squad.

Frame 2
?: …Our orders are to hunt down the wounded intruder.

Frame 3
Dor: From who?

Frame 4
?: I cannot say.

Frame 5
Dor: Do you want to pass here?

Frame 6
?: …You’re sword has been broken. You’re unable to even release your sword…

Frame 7
?: You shouldn’t think you can fight against us with that kind of body…!

Pg 14
Frame 1
Dor: Look who’s talking, Jovenzuelo

Text: Niño

Pg 15
Frame 1
Dor: My powers had declined. You probably could have defeated me even without going into hollow form.

Frame 2
Dor: But you did go into hollow form. Even knowing it would invite exhaustion on yourself.

Frame 3
Dor: I’m grateful.

Frame 4
Dor: This is the least I can do. The inhabitant from here aren’t as soft as I am.

Frame 5
Dor: Don’t hesitate to cut the enemy.

Frame 6
Dor: Don’t falter to finish them off.

Frame 7
Dor: Much less heal their wound. That’s unspeakable, Niño.

Pg 16
Frame 1
Dor: Leave the chocolate here.

Frame 2
Dor: Become a demon, Niño.

Pg 17
Frame 1
Dor: As strong as a demon.

Frame 2
Dor: As wicked as a demon.

Frame 3
Dor: You have to learn that the only way to stand up against ruthlessness, is to become ruthless yourself.

Frame 4
Dor: If you don’t, Niño–––

Pg 18

Pg 19
Frame 2
Ishida: …Damn……

Side Text: Crisis threatens each!!

Pg 13
Frame 1
Dor: …Welcome, Exseqias, gentleman.
Translator's Note: Exseqias should mean Execution Squad.

It is a misspelling of "Exequias" which is an euphemism for the Requiem Mass so a good name for them is Funeral Squad.

That was a nice chapter. I don't where exactly to ask the translators a question so I'm gonna ask it here. Winterlion, what did the side text say on page 15?

I know I'm asking this in the wrong place but I'm not sure where to go.

I knew you were going to enjoy that. >.> Too bad Baku-chan isn't up-to-date on Bleach. She would love that part. :p

I know I'm asking this in the wrong place but I'm not sure where to go.

It's just an announcement promoting the Bleach movie. They're doing a major event in Tokyo Ikebukuro area called "Memories of Everybody Festa" starting Dec. 9. Doesn't give details. Just says to go to the website for more.

And if it's a question related to this week's raw, if you post it in the translation thread I'll see it sooner, so this is fine. :amuse

It's not really a discussion thread. It's where people can drop me a note about my translation: corrections, questions for clarifications, thank yous, etc. :amuse

It's not naive. The chocolate reference is in that he should leave the sweetness (being soft) there. And I just opted for the literal trans, and kept it as an implied meaning as the Japanese script did. I usually trans pretty literally, unless it really doesn't make sense for me to do so.

Sorry if that confused you. And I appreciate all questions, constructive criticism, corrections, so if you have more, please post them. :amuse

nope, thanks for the explanation. I liked to read it raw, and sometimes I read the translated one to learn English better. Reading the raw really gets me understand the original scripts(because sometimes subbed anime or manga lost the original sense of humour or else, don't you thinks so?), Also because sometimes there are words that doesn't have a meaning in English if they are using some kind of how the hiragana or kanji being read.

Exp: If you read ES-212, dialog by Otawara, he didn't understand リスク(risk) and change the words to クスリ（medicine), words that he understand.

Japanese is surely interesting, right?
