would be "all gathered as one".
Again, I don't think clustered has the same style as the rest of the language you're usually using.
Neither does the word they use. It literally means sloppily, cluttered, that sort of connotation. Hence why I chose the word 'cluster', as it has that same feel of sloppiness.
