It seens to be a great trans...
In the Viz translation, I've only seen she call him just Takezo. However, in Conrad (Brazilian publisher) translation she call him: Take-yan
Just for curiosity, don't is yan a equivalent for the suffix chan to another region of Japan?
I hope it helps.
