Shimon: Why so surprised?

[EDIT: After a little research that I should probably have done before posting these translations... I've revised the names slightly. The "bad guy" is clearly supposed to be "Gérard", not "Gerarl" as I had rendered him... I'm not familiar with katakana-isation of French names. ~_~ "Worly" could just as easily be "Wally" (and to be honest, that's probably the intended reading...) but I'm gonna stick with mine because Wally is a silly name :p And Shimon should probably be spelt "Simon", but I'm going to leave it as is so people don't mispronounce it in the more common English fashion ~_~]
