but if a human gets a hold of it they’ll misuse it.

TL Note: The Black Museum is a collection of criminal memorabilia in Scotland Yard’s Metropolitan Police headquarters, it’s technically a museum but it’s generally not open to the public. They hold items from previous famous crimes such as letters that were supposedly written by Jack the Ripper.
