After 6 months, going over and editing this since the HQ raws are finally scanned.
Page numbering is still according to the mag raws though .~.

I am a Hero 2

Wake up, a voice called out...
... The man who fell asleep waiting for daybreak...
... Who was he, really?

... But the possibility that the old man set the fire still remains
... According to a certain news source, besides the burn marks on the corpse...

Bzz Bzz... Coming up next is...

Doku Marimo-san! It's that time~! Zazazazaza
Ma~mo chan!
Shut up! Drop dead you old hag! Wahahahaha

Hey, hey! I'm a different person now than I am at night.
Go take some glamour shots of yourself on the moon, then I'll believe you exist. [if you take some ghost sighting pictures on the surface of the moon]

Page 6

You know what? If you really _do_ come out then I'll just off myself real quick
so we'll be on equal ground, and then I'll kill ya!

Come on!
Fatty! I ain't like you!

Oh,
Not good, not good.

Hup Hup
What are you running for?
Even when you're late, don't you always just take it easy and walk?

Well, you see Yajima, today is the first day for the assistants. That fat piece of shit second in command, Mitani, won't be around.
I'll be able to get through the whole day without having to hear about that female announcer he's been going on about forever. It's going to be a monumental day.

Oh, awesome!
So you're gonna be running the show now!? [Lit: Then it's gonna be senpai's world now won't it!?]

Page 11
I am a hero.

Page 12
Good morning.

Ah, good morning.
... Mornin'.

Page 13
Good morning, Mitani-san...

So, you really thought that Hiroshima [prefecture] was in Kyuushuu, Mii-chan?
It's not?
Like I said, Hiroshima is in Honshuu. When we're on break you gotta make a map of what Japan looks like to you.
Okay...

Good morning.
He~y
... Mitani's here from the first day too?
A sudden request for a color manuscript came up so I'm having Mitani-kun do it.
Been at this all night?
All night~

I'll give you the manuscript in a bit, so just wait.
... Okay.

Page 14
Mii-chan, Mii-chan, did you watch, "Opayo" this morning at 4?
No... do you wake up early to watch it?

Obviously you record it. You know, "Opayo," only got started in April but it's getting more and more risque. [Is he talking about the show getting out there, or the content getting more risque here...?]
All four of them balance each other well, and it's getting better day by day. That announcer, Hayashi - there's like no difference between her bust and waist, but she's just got this sexy way of talking even though she's so proper, so it's OK by me!

I'm going to be blunt. Let's not talk about that meaningless crap.

Page 15

... Manga: the peak of Japanese culture. Pure art.
Of course if we trace Japanese manga to it's source then we'll find American comics but it has developed so much by itself that it has already long surpassed the original.
Is there anything else like that besides manga?

There are, of course, outstanding pieces of works in cinema as well, but because of the barriers of language and the differences of culture, no matter what you do there'll be limits to how much better you can be than the rest of the world.

All the more so in the field of music. I mean, we're still just manufacturing whatever's in fashion overseas. It's not like a global hit that could top charts forever would ever come out anyways, so that's really fine but....

I might be a little reckless in saying this but, manga is the only culture that's really valid in the world.
And you know what? Even though Japanese manga itself is the world standard, it's still isn't considered all that much back home. Of course within the medium there are outstanding specimens and bad ones too...

Excuse me, if I may?
What specifically do you mean by an, "outstanding manga?"

Page 16
To me, it has definitely got to be a manga that can still be read even after a 100 years have passed.
That's what I think.

As for why a 100 years?
Ah~
Well, I said 100 years, but it could be 1000 years too. My point is that if a great number of years like that passed by then wouldn't culture - no, civilization
undergo major changes? To overcome those changes in values, and further more continue to be read and to covey it's meaning,
that is an, "outstanding manga." In other words, I guess you could call them masterpieces.

Page 17
Is that so.
I think that's sort of wrong.

Oh,
what do you think is wrong? Enlighten me.

Well, manga, or "漫画," whimsical pictures, just as it's written in the kanji, has always etched single moments in a certain period of time. [I used the etymological definition here from Wiki but is he actually going for some other meaning for "Man"?]
It ought to be considered a part of the counter culture. Besides, I think that calling a masterpiece something that can be read for a long time is too simplistic. It doesn't sound all that nice but, disposability is the true essence of manga.

Well, Yeah~
I think that philosophy definitely captures one aspect of manga but,
It'd be such a waste, wouldn't you want to preserve it?

Well, I mean
As it is with everything, as it conforms with the world around it, manga, itself, matures as well.

Page 18

In the end,
we just all really love manga, huh.

Maybe I went overboard.
I've also said too much as well, but you know...
No, that's not it.

Page 19

Wahaha, what the hell's biting all about.

See, Mii-chan, Hiroshima's over there.
Oh.

Oh, what's this?

Consistency notes for me:

okay. Nice job but:
Page 2, line one: added comma after the word "up"
The night before spent working himself up, and the traces of his dream

Page 14 line 4:risque has an accent mark over the final "e" so it was changed to "risqué" in both places

Page 15, line two added comma after the "of Course"
page 15, line 13 (english line) changed the word "it's" to "it" (was a double negative in the sentance structure).
Page 15, line 14, added comma after "Of Course".
Page 16, line 8, inserted "For a manga" because the subject was at the end of the sentance (readability thing).
Page 17, line 5, changed the word "has" to "have"
Page 17, line 9, deleted the word "is"
Other than that it looked good. Oh, I do not comment on spacing, capitolization or other formating, I am not a typesetter and do not have the background to comment on such things.
