Naruto Ch. 129 Translation

Title: 129: Pain ..!!
Sasuke: Ugh... Guh..
Pakkun: We were a bit too late it seems..
Sasuke (?): Uuh..

Naruto: Sa- ... Sakura-chan ... Sakura-chan!!
Sakura: WHAT IS IT!?
Naruto: Who... Who the hell is that!?

Pakkun: Although his figure has been transfomed... He's the one named Gaara!
Sakura: He attacked Sasuke-kun...
{flash back}Gaara: I came inte this world stealing life away from a woman I would've called my mother

{reflection}Gaara: Allowed to possess this body(of mine)
俺は生まれながらの

{flash back}Gaara: I was born a monster.
(lit While I was becoming born I was a monster)
To break down what he means here, he is saying that for him to become stronger, (someone, probably his mom) decided that he should be possessed by the sand incarnation(The Key Point to this is that they decided to put it in him). In doing so, his mom died when he was being born, and thus Gaara feels guilty that for him to become stronger he killed his mom, although not his fault he still feels that he killed her.
