You know, thinking back, last chapter felt quite like "The beginning of the end" of the manga comforting me in my long-lived opinion that this was the last match of the manga, and this very 290th Down gives so much "end of the beginning" vibes I'm starting to wonder if in the end, the first 35 volumes or so weren't just a prologue...
