(The last time we saw a new bankai was chapter 205 (over 150 chapters ago), and even that wasn't a Captain's bankai! ._.)
"...I don't need to worry about that any more"@7 ... so I guess this attack becomes less powerful or less dispersed the more his flowers scatter, reducing the chance of a teamkill...? Hm .-.

Also, it'd make me doubly confident that Ulquiorra could have actually been much higher-ranked had he let on his second release to Aizen. ._.

6. "Tensou Juurin" should probably get a TL?
Hm. From:
てんそう【天相】俳諧で、支考が唱えた付合方法論「七名(しちみよう)八体」の八体の一。前句に対し、寒暖・陰晴などの天象をもって付ける付け方。→七名八体
じゅう【従〔從〕】３ 逆らわず言うなりになる。したがう。「従順・従属／屈従・三従・忍従・服従・面従・盲従」
りん【臨】１ 高い所から見おろす。「君臨・照臨」(e.g. 君臨 【くんりん】 (n) (1) reigning; controlling; (vs) (2) to reign; to dictate; to control; (P))
...I'd say "Reigning Over The (Subjugated) Weather" or something?
7. "Tear"... (ていうか、「ハリベル」って名字だったのか) hm
"Tia" or something seems more likely to me as a name... but we (Bleach community) never guess right anyway, so on that basis, "Tia" is wrong too XD therefore whatever

I think 遅く放った here is probably "released it slowly", referring to the speed at which it propagates, rather than "released it late". I think Oomaeda would have been totally owned if it was going at Soifon speed >_>
also 17. You missed out a bubble 「本当に…」 "really" (not that important tl-wise, but it leaves a bubble unaccounted for, so...)
That line about the flowers disappearing => "don't need to worry about it any more" struck me as a little weird for some reason, too. Am I, like, misinterpreting it somehow... or something? ><
Yeah, I was just being lazy with the Tensou Juurin, really >< I'll add something in.
As for Tear/Tia, well, considering Harribel's theme is "sacrifice", "Tear" fits as a "tragic" sort of name, I guess? Besides, "Tia" is a silly name. So I just figured "go with Tear, just like the character from Tales of the Abyss" =p (And yes, I was a little surprised that Harribel wasn't the given name as well XD)
And good point with the slow-vs-late. I'll change that.

I did check but I don't think so. The definitions for 杞憂 are really clear that it's about "baseless worries" not "can't afford to worry", and actually 杞憂に終わる seems to be a common construction, in fact:

Tensou Juurin looks like a real pain to translate into idiomatic English (and I'm no translator, so that makes it about 10x harder ;)).
In spanish, Tia means Aunt. It'd be funny if Kubo had that in mind when naming her, considering how she related to her fracciones.
