[TN: The next chapter's title is a proverb, "Namida wo Furutte Bashoku wo Kiru", literally "Executing Ma Su in Tears", a reference to a highly dramatised historical event (which actually never happened; Ma Su died of sickness before the execution could take place... but I digress). The gist of it is that Ma Su made a blunder that was responsible for a massive military defeat, and thus his superior, despite his great admiration for the man, ordered his execution. The proverb refers to a situation in which one must deal out appropriate punishment for someone's wrongdoings regardless of personal factors.]
