Guidelines For Using My Translations[TN: After returning from Japan, completing a hellish assignment (including losing about two hundred words in a crash and having to retype them from scratch), taking a breather and getting somewhat addicted to Tales of VS, I'm finally back and getting down to work on my backlog! Installment 4: two chapters of Bleach!]
1
[Side text: A nightmare stands before him!!]
Barragan: ...Were you under the impression... // ...that Kidou arts do not know "age"? // How... / ...amusing.
2
Barragan: Death comes to man. / Death comes to beasts. / Death comes to plants. // Death comes even to Shinigami. // And before all to whom death must come... // ...lies the threat of "age". // If death must come to that which is created by man... // ...then "Kidou", which is created by Shinigami, too must have its own death. // There may be some Kidou that is able to survive for many thousands of years... // ...but there is no Kidou that can continue to function for eternity.
3
Barragan: This is only natural. / The word "eternity" itself, after all... // ...is but a shallow illusion created out of the fear of death. // Now... // Perish.
4
Bleach 369.
Spit On Your Own God
5
[no text just battle]
6
Barragan: It will but rot away.
7
Hacchi: Unable to retreat a single foot... // Blue bars, white bars, black bars, red bars... / Join in reparation and sink to the depths.
Barragan: A followthrough incantation... / Reinforcing a technique performed without incantation by reciting the incantation after the fact. // An excellent idea. // However... // ...it is too slow.
8
Hacchi: Ryuubi no Joumon!
[TN: "Dragon-Tail Castle Gate"]
9
[no text just impressive sort of kidou]
10
Barragan: ...Hmph. // A fine performance.
Hacchi: Soifon-san!! // I need your assistance!! // I require the aid... // ...of your Bankai's power!!
Soifon: ...So you people are even aware of the nature of my Bankai... // ...That man is certainly an unpleasant one...
Hacchi: I understand that you do not wish to join forces with us, due to our association with Urahara-san... // But surely you must understand! This is not the time to consider such things!!
11
Hacchi: ............ // ...Very well. // Then perhaps... // ...we would be better off making a deal?
Barragan: ............ // ...They do not seem to be doing anything...
12
Barragan: Pathetic... / Setting up a mighty barrier such as this merely to buy a little time... // Rot away. // ?!
13
Hacchi: Kokou no Joumon. // Kigai no Joumon.
[TN: "Tiger-Bite Castle Gate", "Turtle-Shell Castle Gate"]
14
Hacchi: Houyoku no Joumon!!!
[TN: "Phoenix-Wing Castle Gate"]
15
Hacchi: Shijuu Saimon!!!!
[TN: "Four-Beast Sealing Gates"]
Barragan: .................. // ...Hah......
16
Barragan: Ahahahahahahahahahahahah!!! // Amusing... / Very amusing!! // You truly believe this will seal me away?!! // Utterly pathetic!! You truly were simply buying time!! // ...No... I suppose "buying time" in the face of one who holds dominion over "age"... // ...is a similar action to spitting in the face of God. / Perhaps I should congratulate you on your nerve, lesser beings though you are.
Hacchi: ...That barrier... // ...was not formed for the purpose of sealing you away.
17
Barragan: ............ // ...What?
Hacchi: ...When Captain Soifon fired her Bankai at you earlier, you released your power of "age"... // ...caused it to explode long before reaching you, // and, redirecting the blast away from yourself, avoided taking damage... // What, though, if that same attack... // ...were to take place in a space where there was nowhere else for the blast's force to go... // ...from such close range that your power of "age" could not reach it in time...?
18
Hacchi: What do you think might happen then?
Barragan: ...Why, you...... // ...people...!
Soifon: Let's hear it one more time... // One month from tomorrow, you swear to seal Urahara Kisuke in your barrier?
Hacchi: Indeed I do.
Soifon: ...Good.
19
Soifon: Jakuhou Raikouben... // Kill him.

I have a question about Soifon's line on page 10
私のバンカイのことまで貴様等には筒抜けか。。。つくづく不愉快な男だ。。。
筒抜け means either "to go directly to" or "to pass through," but since this sentence is in the non-past tense wouldn't it make more sense to choose the latter meaning? In other words, shouldn't it be translated it as, "Are you guys going to let others know about my bankai as well? That man is certainly an unpleasant one..." The way I see it is that she doesn't want Urahara to learn about her bankai because he will obviously find great amusement in it.
Translating it as, "So you people are even aware of the nature of my Bankai" makes it sound like she believes the vizards learned about her bankai from Urahara. However, that doesn't appear to be the case as we saw in the last chapter that Hacchi had been monitoring the battle the entire time and deliberately came to fight Barragan himself because he expected Barragan's weakness to be kido.
Either way, I see no reason to interpret this as a future-tense expression; there's nothing in the sentence to imply it as far as I can see.
薄い壁越しに隣室の声が筒抜けだ
The voices from the next room can be heard distinctly through the thin wall.
助言は彼には右から左へ筒抜けだった
The advice I gave him just went in one ear and out the other.
Also, if Soifon believed the vizards learned of her bankai from Urahara, wouldn't she have used past tense, i.e. , 私のバンカイのことまで貴様等には筒抜けだったか?
ETA: Here's another example from excite.co.jp:
あの男には気をつけろ. あの男に話したら何でも筒抜けだぞ.
Be careful (about) what you say to him. He's a regular sieve.
