[TN: I've finally settled on translations that I hope will be final for the ranks of the people from Central. I previously translated LeVerrier's rank of "kansayaku" as "Auditor", but I really don't think that's appropriate, and I'm using "Inspector" now. I'm also using "Inspector" for Link's rank, which is "kansakan" - not quite the same as LeVerrier's, but I feel it's the most appropriate translation in both cases. LeVerrier also holds the position of "choukan", which I have previously translated as "Director", but "Secretary" seems more appropriate, so that's what I'm settling on.]
