There are actually two ways to get through to the New World from here!! / But for outlaws like yourselves, only one of them's really open to you!!
Luffy: Whyzat?
Pappagg: Why, you ask?!! Why, because the first way is to request passage from the World Government! / You can cross the Red Line by going over the top, through the Holy Land, Mariejoa, which lies at the very summit! // But for pirates like yourselves, there's no way you could ever get permission!!
Chopper: Wait, you mean walking over the Red Line itself? But what about the ship?
Pappagg: Well, you'd have to leave your ship behind, and just get yourself a nice new one on the other side.
Franky: LEAVE THE SHIP BEHIND~~~~~~~?!!
Pappagg: It costs a fair bit of cash, of course, and the application takes time, but it's the safest route, so it's what most people opt for.

Pappagg: However!! On the route you'll be taking, your ship comes with you! / It's the "ocean-floor route", which goes straight by Fishman Island!!!
Caimie: But the "ocean-floor route" isn't the safest of journeys to take!
Pappagg: Hmm? Caimie, Caimie? I don't remember handing over to you...!
Caimie: Plenty of people who tried to take this route ended up getting eaten by sea-monsters or Sea Kings, ship and all!

Caimie: That's why you need to get a Coating for your ship at the island we're heading to right now!!

Hacchan: You know there's a kind of tree called a Mangrove?
Sanji: The one which grows its roots in the ocean, and they sink and emerge with the tides?

Hacchan: Well, these ones never sink under the water, though!! The Shabondy Archipelago... / is a forest of the worlds biggest Mangrove trees - the Yarukiman Mangrove!
[TN: "Yarukiman Mangrove" is a pun on the phrase "yaru ki manman", which refers to being really pumped up or motivated. As Luffy kindly points out straight away.]
Luffy: A pumped-up grove~~~~~~~?! / It sure does look like it's got guts!! I'm getting pumped up too!!!
Hacchan: There are seventy-nine trees in all, and on each one, people have built towns or other constructions. / And it's those seventy-nine "islands" which are known as the Shabondy Archipelago! // And it's where people go if they want to head to the New World! The closest island, Grove 44, is the civilian entrance. // So let's take the ship a little further in.
Luffy: Wow, they really are all huge roots~!!

Luffy: And the trees are really huge, too~~! And look at those stripes!! It looks like candy!!!
Pappagg: Well, then, let's drop anchor here, at Grove 41. / Make sure you don't forget the number, everyone!! The islands are all linked together by bridges, so as long as you don't forget your number, you won't get lost.
Usopp: I can think of one guy who'd get lost anyway.
Chopper: Yeah.
Zoro: STOP LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT!!

Robin: ......Oh, dear, it's all sticky.

Pappagg: So when the tree's roots "breathe out", / the resin gets blown out into bubbles, which float off into the sky.
Luffy: Whoo! // So all this crazy stuff is actually natural, huh? / That's so cool!
