Her parents were killed by Deliora when she was young, and she harboured a bitter hatred of Deliora ever since, at one point leaving Lamia Scale to destroy Deliora together with Leon.
After that episode, she returned to Lamia Scale, and has been taking her work seriously. Her magic, Ningyougeki, allows her to manipulate non-human objects, be they trees, rocks, or even Stellar Spirits.
Her sudden image-change is apparently something she did to celebrate turning seventeen.
