(Well, not really a "new" book, it's the
online book, newly printed) ;).
Another shout out for you guys today, this one promoting a book that has been several years in the making - and one I've had a tiny part to play in! Pomax, a person that has been mentioned a
few times on this site, has finished his book and it's been published!
If you find yourself struggling to actually get serious about studying when the resources are free then take this chance to buy a book and make a commitment to learning Japanese. What makes this book stand out from the rest is you have direct access to the person you wrote it. If you have any questions while reading the book all you need to do is jump into irc, join #nihongo on irc.irchighway.net and give Pomax a little knudge and he'll help.
So take this oppertunity to not only support a friend and dedicated Japanese tutor, but to take studying Japanese seriously and read manga the way it was meant to be read - In its original language :).
Buy it at the following locations:

You are always strict with the sentences' structure, grammar, phonetics and etc of both japanese and english.
But that's because you care a lot about the languages and work very, very hard, and expect nothing less from the people that want to learn than you expect from yourself.
I sincerely hope it sells well.
In the UK, the cheapest seems to be the book depository, who for some odd reason don't list it on their main site, but sell it as amazon marketplace reseller. In the EU, it depends a bit on where you live, you might actually find the book depository to still be the cheapest, or you might find that there's a local book retailer that carries the title. If you're in the US, however, do hit up the Japan shop, because they're simply awesome!
Plus, the book's priced cheap! As a reference, the book has a "recommended" price of $30, £20 or €20, depending on where you buy it of course (the US and UK/EU markets both have their own publishing facilities, hence the rather minimal difference in price). Basically it's priced so that it's pretty much cheaper to buy a proper print copy, rather than having a print shop print you a copy of the online version. Plus it'll look better, being printed at 300 dpi, rather than the 150 you'll get when you do it yourself =)

I'll definitely check this out!!!!
Thanks for the info NJT!!!!
