Actually, that wasn't a good translation. I changed it. It rather means
"Naruto is the thing to worry about" - which is quite something to say when Orochimaru is around :p
edit:I was thinking about the meaning of it just now, again, might it even be plausable that naruto is saying in the first one "wait.." 2nd "don't leave me behind.."(or don't leave me) 3rd "sasuke.."
i wonder what he means really by it, wait for me to save you? or dont go ahead of me *yet again*.. like how orochimaru's comment really affected him. since he's met sasuke he's been trying to be equal to him that whole time, and during their fight he finally got that feeling of equality, well sort of. and now orochimaru is saying youre still not on the level of sasuke. what does naruto feel now when he's being drowned inside himself? i think its a very good/best couple of pages of the whole chapter.
