In this world, there are "birthing men," or men who are engineered to be able to give birth. They look like women from the outside, though they are actually men. When ordinary guy Ujiie Kiyotaka left his Hokkaido island home to go to high school, he ended up in a dorm with three of these men: Kitadate Gaku, Sakenobe Masaomi and Shimura Shume. They're looking for wealthy brides in high school, and it turns out that Kiyotaka has also been tasked by his family to find a wife. After a landslide drives them out of their dorm, Kiyotaka and the three birthing men begin to live together as they start their bride-seeking adventures!

The "Colors" are three cute little girls who hang out together and say they're protecting the peace of their city. They have lots of fun together, doing stuff like playing games, solving puzzles, and going to the zoo. This manga follows their largely happy daily life.

Mitsuboshi Colors would be good for anyone wanting a peaceful story with little girls playing. Inran Baby is a little less innocent unrequited crush story, since it's about a boy kind of discovering his sexual reactions to a girl in his class. Hakuba no Oyome-San has a very strange premise, but I expect it's going to involve some interesting gender-bending in relationships, with the boys who look like girls seeking girls.

My opinion:
Hakuba no Oyome-san - If you like gender benders and want to see how men who look like girls end up with girls and see if they will give birth, then check this out.
Inran Baby - If you're in the mood for more of a ecchi romance, then take a look at this manga instead.
Mitsuboshi Colors - If you want more slice of life/daily life type manga, then this may be more your speed.
