Finally finished adding in the Japanese text! Some parts are questionable but...

Looks like a huge turtle...
So this is the "San-bi (Three-Tails)"...?
It looks strong...
I'll leave this to you, Deidara-senpai
Tobi... You've finally become a member of the "Akatsuki" right...?
You should do it!...*grunt*
Tobi:
You've gotta be kidding...
Tobi:
Uwaaa!!
Side text:
A new pair(?), Tobi & Deidara, are also on the move...

Number 317 -- The Nightmare Begins!!
Text:
That "Akatsuki" is... the dawn/beginning of the nightmare!!
(Note: Akatsuki = lit. dawn)

Page 03
Tobi:
Aaaaahhhh!! It's after me!!
Since this thing's a water-type, shouldn't Kisame-san be on this job?!
They obviously picked the wrong guy!!
Deidara:
He's pathetic...*grunt*
Tobi:
Uwwaaaaaa!!

Page 04
Deidara: 喝 Ha!
Tobi:
Uwa!

Page 05
The character on Yamato's hand: 座 Za
(↑No idea what the significance of that is...)

Page 06
How is it?
Are you having any probems controlling the "Kyuu-bi's" chakra,
Tenzou?
Yamato:
Everything's fine so far.
But for now, please call me Yamato, not Tenzou
Kakashi:
Ok ok
Naruto:
Yes!!
It's a pretty deep cut!

Page 07
Naruto:
Shit! Damn it!
I'm nowhere near that yet...
Naruto:
Hah! I've got talent unlike you guys!
Naruto:
What do you mean? -- You're me
Naruto:
YES!
Naruto:
Hehehe...
Naruto:
Shit...
The "me" over there's quite good
Kakashi: !
Hey, hey! There's something I want to ask you, Kakashi-sensei

Page 08
Isn't there anybody else in Konoha with the "Wind" element?
Kakashi:
...You want to get some tips?
Naruto: うん!
Yup!
...Well, there is someone but...
He should be playing shougi (Japanese chess) around this time...
Shikamaru: 王手
Checkmate
Asuma:
*sigh* I've lost again!
When we celebrate the end of our next job
the bill's on you, sensei

Page 09
Asuma:
Okay...
Naruto:
Asuma-sensei!
Naruto:
Hey there!
Shikamaru:
Oh, hey, Naruto
Asuma:
What brings you here?
Naruto:
Well,
there's something I want to ask you

Page 10
Tips on how to manipulate the "Wind" element, huh...?
Naruto: そ!
Yup!
You're trying to learn how to control the nature of chakra?
Naruto: おう!
Yup!
You need some talent to master that.
You're sure you can do it?
Naruto:
That's why I came to ask Asuma-sensei for tips
...To hear that Naruto's chakra is of the "Wind" element...
That's a surprise
Naruto:
Now can you give me some tips?
Asuma: ...

Page 11
Hmm, let's see...
My team celebrates the end of our missions by eating yakiniku. I'll consider doing this for you if you'll cover the bill for our next party... How's that?
Shikamaru: あ!
Hey! You're cheating!
Naruto:
Hmmm...
Naruto:
It can't be helped. I'll do it for my training!
Asuma:
Great! We've got a deal

Page 12
This is my chakra-knife (jap. chakra-tou)
This knife is made of a special metal that absorbs the chakra nature of the holder
Asuma:
Try holding it
Naruto: ...
Asuma:
Now flow your chakra into the knife, like what I just did
Naruto: オッス
Ok
Naruto: む!
Hmph!
It's...sort of different from the way your chakra looked, Asuma-sensei

Page 13
Listen up. When manipulating the "Wind"-type chakra, you've got to imagine splitting your chakra into two
and grinding them together
Do it so that the two chakra fields sharpen one another into fine pieces.
(↑Thanks a lot to adamkun & njt for staying up till 3am +α to help me out with this!!☆)
Naruto:
...Sharpen them into fine pieces, huh?...
Naruto: ...
Asuma:
Exactly
The thinner and sharper, the better
Ummm... Hey...
I just got this idea but...
Asuma:
What is it?
There're ninja weapons that can make cuts already
So is there any point in learning how to control this "Wind" element?

Page 14
Instead of training like this, isn't it much faster to just use a weapon that can cut?
And for example, this... What's the point of putting a chakra that can cut into a weapon that can cut already?
...Ok.
Then we'll throw these chakra-knives at that tree together
Naruto:
...
Why?
Asuma:
Let's just do it. Ok?

Page 15
Asuma: ...
Naruto:
...W...Wow...

Page 16
Text (Naruto):
It didn't just cut through the tree... The knife pierced the hard rock behind it too...and that much
It can get dangerous so I limited my chakra use
but if I tried, that knife'll cut through that rock as well
Naruto: え?!
What?!
If two ninja of the same level fought with sharpened weapons
the one with a sharper tool will win
The "Wind" element has the strongest offensive power for close and middle-ranged fights
Asuma:
It's quite rare, you know, this "Wind" type...

Page 17
If you come across anything else you want to know, feel free to ask me anytime
But you'll have to pay for the yakiniku again
Naruto:
Gotcha!
Thanks a lot!
Text (Shikamaru):
What, it was a kagebunshin?
That Naruto... I bet he's forgotten Chouji's in our team
Shikamaru:
You're evil...

Page 18
Narutos:
Ooohh, so that's how it works!
Yeah, let's do it!
Text (Kakashi):
I guess he got his advice from Asuma
Naruto's beginning to make good use of the Kagebunshin already
Tsunade:
I see...
Even that Chiriku...

Page 19
I happened to be out on guard duty...
and when I came back, it was already...
They're probably making a thorough search
of any place in the Country of Fire that a "Jinchuu-riki" may be...
They've come at last
Tsunade: ...
Don't let them out of this country
Contact the newly organized
"Nijyuu Shoutai" (lit. The Twenty Platoons) immediately
Side text:
The "Akatsuki's" actions were already expected and preparations were being made. ...Tsunade announces that this is an emergency!
Next chapter will be a Center Color to celebrate the opening of the Naruto movie, and in it, Naruto will be completing his training?! "So Far, So Good With the Training"!

Quote:
Page 12
Asuma: This is my chakra-knife (jap. chakra-tou)
Quote:
Page 16
Asuma: If two ninjya of the same level fought with sharpened weapons
the one with a sharper tool will win
Quote:
Page 19
Tsunade: Don't let them out of this country
Contact the newly organized
"Nijyuu Shoutai" (lit. The Twenty Small Brigades) immediately

Congrats on a job well done. NJT messaged me and we talked about the following lines for a bit:

Quote by yoropiko :

Page 13
Asuma: Listen up. When manipulating the "Wind"-type chakra, you've got to imagine splitting your chakra into two
and rubbing them together
Asuma: Then you've got to sharpen those two chakra parts into fine pieces and compress them together
Naruto: ...Sharpen them into fine pieces, huh?...

When you call 二つのチャクラ "chakra parts" or "pieces", I for one imagine balls of chakra or at the very least something more chidori-ish. The translation I was thinking of is something along the lines of:

Image splitting the chakra into two chakra fields that grind against each other.

And in such a way that they become thinner and sharpen one another. [To create an edge.]

Just my take of course.

Thoughts?

Adamkun, I've been struggling with that part all day. Your chakra fields idea is great as it matches the spiral kind of image that sits behind Asuma. Mind if I steal those lines for my translation?

 3. ついに is at last/finally.

Not the best explanation but I hope it works...

As for the 二十小隊 part, I'd say it's a name, "The Twenty Platoons"....or on 2nd thought maybe not. But it's definitely "the twenty platoons". If he puts a month into this, it might actually be equal to putting in a thousand months into this(that's 83 years :))
