Welcome to the next New Manga Shout Out. This weekly article introduces you to manga that are new and/or have not been scanlated yet. Baki is bored. After the conclusion of the epic battle between father and son, he continues to fight in the underground arena and train nonstop, but he always has to suppress his yawn caused by the overbearing boredom. No amount of stimulus or danger can bring excitement to him at this point.

Now, with the inclusion of the Prime Minister of Japan in the loop, a massive cloning project is attempting to clone Miyamoto Musashi, one of the fathers of martial arts in Japan. Another fight of historical proportions awaits Baki!

Tonight, Natsuo loses his virginity. His partner? Her name is Rui and he just met her today after school. She's the one that brought up this whole situation, stating that she wanted to simply gain the knowledge about sex. She does not want to start a relationship, nor does she care about Natsuo. Afterwards, Natsuo feels guilty for losing his virginity to a girl he doesn't even particularly like. Mostly, it makes him feel like he betrayed his crush to his high school teacher: Hina. A quirky love triangle story unfolds as Natsuo, Rui, and Hina all end up becoming part of the same family!

Aihara Ryouji is a police detective who has been assigned to department 0. In department 0, a uniform is no longer necessary, and their messy headquarters is adorned by a full-length nude female poster. Department 0 handles whatever the main headquarters can't decide what to do with, and their office is packed with old files. Aihara gets to work right away, and becomes involved in a kidnapping case. In the meantime, he's getting to know his few co-workers, and possibly starting a romantic entanglement with an eager female cop.

This 4-koma style comic follows the high school life of Nazuna. She's attending an all girl's high school that is way up on a hill from the nearest station. The bus is infrequent, so simply getting to school can often be a challenge. At school, her friends include someone she met at the entrance exams, an odd girl named "Tsukushi," after the school name, and who has 2 chickens, "Colonel" and "Sanders."

In middle school, Watabe Fuyuhiko was a top student in grades and sports, and he was looking forward to a glorious high school life. Unfortunately, three idiots stand in his way. Morino Koharu is obsessed with studying, and surpasses Watabe in academics, but she's utterly clueless about everything else. Saotome Akira is constantly exercising, and surpasses Watabe in sports, but her self-worth is tied up with her skill in sports. Izumi Chinatsu, on the other hand, is an all-around failure that simply gets in Watabe's way. Watabe interacts with Morino and Saotome to learn their secrets, and ends up paired with Izumi against his wishes. The three girls are all lonely and friendless, and interpret his interactions as friendly overtures. It looks like Watabe's school life is going to be very different than he imagined!

Of the two high school slice of life 4-koma manga, Wataru Seken Wa Baka Bakari was my favorite. I thought it was pretty funny, and it will be interesting to see how their life will progress (Will all the weird girls become friends? Will the main character get any nicer?) Porikou was not really my style of story, especially in terms of the art, but could be fun for someone looking for a slow-moving, more serious police story.
Here's what DrCoke had to say:
Domestic-na-Kanojo: This one's a decent drama manga. It has its comedic points, but it's overall fairly serious. Worth reading in my opinion if you like those types.

Baki-dou: Another manga in the "Baki" series. Don't know what else to say.

My opinion:
Baki-Dou - If you like the art and/or story of Baki and fighting series, then this is a must-read.
Domestic na Kanojo - If you like shounen romance stories, then you may want to read this from the mangaka of GE - Good Ending. Hopefully, this manga will end a bit better. I'd probably be the most interested in this since I read GE...
Porikou - If you're interested in the world of police work, then you may want to check this manga out instead.
Tsukushi Massugu Life! - If you like 4koma school life comedies, then you should read this manga.
Wataru Seken wa Baka Bakari - This is also a 4koma school life comedy, but the art looks a bit better and seems less off the wall weird than the previous manga.
