Her mermaid friend, Tsunami, goes on a rescue mission to find Nagisa and warn her that since she just transformed into a mermaid, if she doesn’t speak for an hour, she turns back into a human and her life expectancy will dramatically drop!

Hagakure Kakugo comes from a secret family that has protected people for generations from powerful organizations and evil from taking over. They are only awoken in time of need and it has been decades since Kakugo was conscious. His body had been heavily modified by fusing it with metals to enhance both his offense and defense. He uses an armor called the Exoskull that attaches to him to greatly boost his already superhuman power. Thus begins a story about a young man and his armor’s journey through hell.

This 4-koma manga is the story of three sisters of disparate ages and a pawn shop. The oldest, Orie, can often be found manning the counter at the pawn shop. She's a friendly, innocent young girl of 27, who often says the most awkward things. The middle sister, Sonoko, works as a yaoi novelist. It's a good career for a yaoi-obsessed girl like Sonoko! The youngest, Nanan, is a strange elementary school girl, who is in charge of most of the domestic work. She's obsessed with the Edo period and bases her speech patterns and hobbies around it. The three girls spend their daily life at the pawn shop, pursuing their interests and interacting with various customers.

Fujimura Shintaro just came out of juvenile hall in Nagano, after 3 years when he nearly killed the man who murdered his friend. Shintaro is a founding member of Zero with Tatsuya and as his nickname, “the dinosaur of Shibuya,” might tell, his power rivals that of Tatsuya’s. But coming out a changed man, Shintaro tries to start a life outside of Shibuya. But when he learns his long time friend is trying to use Zero to take full control of Shibuya, he gets dragged back into the world of street gangs.

This is what tethysdust said this week:
Not much that stood out to me this time. My favorite was Oden. It was a bit silly, and had a fair amount of sexual content, but the teens-in-love-trying-to-reconcile-their-parents premise was fun! Nanahan also could be a fun one for fans of 4-koma style comics, it made me laugh.
Here's what vyc had to say:
Samurai Soldier - Ex gang member forced to go back and face a former friend. Just like the other gangster series we featured in the past, I love this. The storyline is dramatic and keeps the reader from the start to end. There's no fluff and characters are well constructed.

Exoskull Rei - another favorite series this week. Warrior in a future setting with uber powers has to defeat the evil forces that control the post-apacalyptic world. On the violent side but storyline and attention to details are great. The artwork is fantastic and just everything about this series scream amazing.
My opinion:
Not sure if I'm really interested any manga this week. Cock Robin wo Korosu no wa kind of reminds me a bit of Mirai Nikki and Samurai Soldier reminds me of all those other yankee/delinquent manga. I might check them out if someone were to scanlate them though...
